FAULT
BUT
HORRIBLE
OWNER
BLAMED
ME
AND
SLAGGED
ME
OFF.
THEY

THEIR
SALES
AND
BLAME
CUSTOMER..
I've
bought
all
of
my
last
4
devices
from
this
store,
buy
all
my
liquids
and
juices,
and
do
so
because
I
want
to
support
local
businesses.
However,
after
over
3
years
of
solid
custom,
when
I
had
a
problem
with
a
device,
had
to
keep
buying
new
parts
for,
they
would
not
stand
by
the
products
they
sell
and
tool
it
personally
as
though
I
imagined
they
make
the
things.
It
isn't
that.
Its
that
the
shop
should
not
stock
products
that
have
repeated
faults,
that
they
should
offer
replacement
parts
at
cost
when
there
is
a
faulty
design
(they
did
replace
part
once
gratis),
that
they
should
offer
a
good
deal
on
a
replacement
device,
and
tell
the
manufacturer
that
they
don't
want
to
stock
that
model
and
tell
them
why.
The
fella
decided
that
I
had
a
poor
attitude,
I
probably
did,
I'm
fed
up
of
the
repetitive
problem
and
no
solutions.
Poor
attitude
brought
on
by
poor
product
and
poor
after-service.

Vape
Road

last
year...
regarding
the
lady,
she
had
absolutely
no
idea
what
she
was
on
about,
I
don't
care
about
her
sex.
Nice
try.
I
told
you,
the
device
falls
apart,
your
staff
were
amazed
at
how
easily
the
replacement
fell
apart
in
their
own
hands.
And,
as
I
have
explained
in
that
nice
chat
wee
had,
I'm
autistic
and
struggle
to
deal
with
it
when
I'm
being
messed
about.
