I was wearing a mask and the hair stylists were not. The one I was assigned to, Pedro told me as I sat down at the cutting station, “You know you’re going to have to take this off.” I said, “No, it will remain on and I’d appreciate it if you wear a mask, too.” He said, “ I don’t wear masks.” That was disgusting, rude and disappointing. I immediately stood up and said cancel the haircut and walked out. So long, Sport Clip. I withstood bad haircuts from you for years, but I will not tolerate your absolute stupidity and disregard for health.

Can't quite remember his name but he did an amazing job cutting my hair. Just the right amount of conversation where I didn't feel like I was being interviewed. Got the MVP and the shoulder massager hit the spot. I will definitely be back and bring my son as well for his next cut.

I get my hair cut here every 4-6 weeks and typically have a very good experience. I am posting today because of my poor experience in the hopes that it can be rectified in some way. I arrived for a haircut that I scheduled online (love this feature) at approximately 5:45 PM on Friday 1/21/22. I was early, so I walked up to the counter to sign in with my phone number and wait. At that point the barber, who was somewhere else in the building outside of my line of sight, yells at me from across the whole place in a rude, sour sort of tone, without greeting me, if I had checked in online (I had and was already checked in). I ignored her because I don’t respond to a faceless person angrily yelling at me the moment I walk into a place of business. She then did it again when I went to use the bathroom, repeatedly saying “there’s someone in there” with a hostile tone like I was stupid or deaf. At that point I walked out and don’t plan to ever come back unless management can make this right. I work in customer service in a similar fashion and I understand the stress of being very busy all day tending to the needs of others all day long, but would never dream to address anyone with such disrespect. Would rate the facility and previous experiences 5/5, this visit was a 0/5.

Dixie is fantastic! My husband and father both get their haircut by her and look great! She is friendly, professional and talented! Well done!

Good haircuts and easy talking with the workers. Just know what you want before going in.

Been going to this location for roughly 7 years. Service used to be fast even when they were busy. Showed up at opening time. Had to leave because there was no way for me to make it to work on time at the pace they were going. Got the impression that there wasn’t a lot of motivation to start the day.

I believe my stylists name was Thea but i may incorrect. She did a fantastic job and it was also the most interesting and entertaining conversation ive had in a long while. Strongly recommended

The online check in is a joke and does not work right. I checked in with an hour wait and got there when the app told me too about 5 minutes early only have to wait another 45 minutes. Very disappointing. Second time this has happened.

I was down from Virginia for the holiday week and my nephew and I stopped in for a hair cut. My stylist was Thea whom did an outstanding job! She was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back next time we are down visiting. Highly recommended.
