We talked to Scott the sales manager and he told me that a unit was coming up the beginning of April and he told me after 2 conversations it would be for $26,500. then he called me back a few days later, within a week's time and told me it's now 31,500.00! I could not make it as my husband wanted to be there also to see the unit as he had a doctor's appointment at that time. of course we wanted to both be there at the same time. I had an appointment at 2 that same day and called Carol and also Scott and left a message for him stating that as I'm sure he would understand that my husband and I would both like to view the unit at the same time and to set up an appointment for Wednesday of this week. I called back Carol as it was lunch time to make sure that Scott received the message and she said yes he was just leaving the office and he said yes she canceled and seemed rather upset about the whole process... well let's just say Scott never bothered to call me back and now he just listed it for 34,500.00. Definitely not professional and just beware that prices can go up as you blink and it's just at his discretion because of course he said I want to not pressure you but when you quote somebody of price a few times over the phone and then all the sudden it goes up $8,000 in 1 week that's ridiculous I would never buy there.untrustworthy

Love the park and many activities, but the COVID-19 restrictions need to end. Went to pool today with our little grandson and the guard at pool stop us because of the no guest rule. It was in the large community pool with only two other people in the entire pool. We are Just so done of these crazy restrictions. PS Bonita Terra management in case you didn’t get the message from FL governor FL is open for business as normal. Also wondering what you’re doing for all the short term RV rentals coming and going into the park? You running COVID checks.

You would have to be the most desperate person without a place to stay to to ever want to rent here They have their own sewer plant on site and if you get near 1st 2nd or 3rd street don't plan on eating at home murex properties bought the place 2 years ago And is backup for sale again because of the outdated water and sewer plant

Homes are very outdated from the 1970's with what appears to be no control over the additions that were put on. Not very well maintained. THIS IS NOT AN RV PARK! Although they advertise as on it is primarily a signal and double wide park. Many are not well maintained. The park's amenities are nice with two pools and a broken hot tub, several pickle ball courts, Bocci ball, tennis, and their famous baseball diamonds. This park absolutely doesn't need the guarded gated front entrance. I hope they continue their attempt to remodel but until they put some quality control on the housing this place will be a dump.

We have recently moved in the community after spending two summers in the RV section. I get five stars to the community, and the people there, however the current management is arrogant, pompous, belligerent and completely unconcerned with customer service and community relations between the management and the residents of the park. This completely goes against the Murex customer relationship policy which is listed on their homepage. The current management seems to have no idea of what culture is in this park. From what I have heard face-to-face with them, they really don't care either.

Be very careful. This company is run by Murex Properties. They will lie to you about amenities and how booked they are. We were told if we didnt book Dec in advance we would be kicked out in Nov. Then we found out we didn't need it in Dec. Told them in Oct to please cancel Dec month. We were then told "sorry about your luck, you can cancel but were keeping your $800". I have emails, Records and witnesses to everything that happened. It took them 3 weeks to get me in touch with manager who is supposedly there every day. Then he says he has no control over refunds. Lady in corporate office says she agrees with us but cant do anything. They are crooks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend.

My parents had a park model there in 1988. When my dad passed in 1992, my mom stayed year round until she passed in 2008. My brothers both have places there now and participate in softball, parties and events. It's like elementary school without homework but lots of recess and good friends. Well maintained, lots of golf carts, pools, card games. You name it.

Great little place to hang out with your folks. I guess the yearly fees are going way up though so they are moving on out. Oh well.

The grounds are nice, lots of amenities, and very cheap prices. The problem is they know they're much cheaper than everyone else, so if you have have a problem or issue, their answer is typically, "You're welcome to find somewhere else." Some of the staff in the office are pretty nice and will try to work with you as much as they can within the strict rule sets, but there are some rude ones here too. Also, if you choose to live here, be sure to spring for the bar code for the automatic gate. Some of the gate staff are pretty chill and easy going, but some will give you the fifth degree every time you try to enter, no matter how long you've lived there.

Bought last April 2022 and haven’t regretted a single minute. Office staff is wonderful, always available to help and answer questions!! Gate people are amazing too. So many activities and awesome people from around the globe have come together to make this community top notch. The grounds are beautifully kept from entrance and throughout the grounds. Life changing for us as we look forward to many happy years creating great memories with everyone lucky enough to call Bonita Terra home!!

Moved here in August 2022 and have loved every minute. I live here full time and enjoy the quiet off season. The staff are trying their best to accommodate the additional new homes, building a new club house and pool while keeping us entertained. Best community ever!
