We have owned in Holiday Park since 1984, rented it out for 20 years and then we became snow birds. You could not ask for a nicer park with nicer people. It is run well by the Manager and Trustees and kept very clean. As for activities, you can start at 8AM and come home at 8PM keeping busy with all the activities. When it comes to making friends, that is entirely up to you. there are some many things to do, and once you meet one person it snowballs into meeting other groups. Like any neighborhood, it is up to you to make friends and participate. Recommend Holiday Park highly.

Very reasonable to live here but we vote on issues that pass by the owners and the board can't handle a few people complaining so they throw it out. There are a number of houses that need pressure washing guess the manager doesn't leave his office. People in the park are very friendly. Very nice place to meet a best friend.

Not a friendly place to live for singles. I would not recommend this place if you are a single female. This park is made up of people in groups and couples. They really don't let new people in, couples do have an easier time. The public water is bad in the park. They do not flush the hydrants inside the park to get the water moving and because of that the water is stagnant and it is not healthy to drink and it smells. There is propane gas in the park which is great but there's always problems with the propane company overcharging on their bills and not reading the meters. they are improving that situation, i was told. There are rules and regulations but they apply to people that are not a favorite. In the park you have to be someone they like or they will not do anything for you. I would stay away from this Park. I met some great people in this park that would agree with me. But they wouldn't say it public. I was told by a person that was in the park from the 1970s. They said it use to be a friendly place to live she was sad it changed. let's hope it changes back to the wonderful place it use to be.

Wonderful sense of community, such friendly folks. Tons of scheduled activities and free range for use of equipment in unscheduled times. Pools, club house, tennis courts, pickle ball, pond, bocce, dances, cards, aerobics, e.t.c. My countdown to age 55 has begun lol.

Holiday Park & Recreation is a 55 and over community with many amenities and activities.

Been here since 1986 when my parents bought. (Property owned, no HOA) We have taken the place over now. Love it for the most part, great neighbours, green space & lots of activities for anyone! Unfortunately we are trustee run and non fulltime residents have zero say. So if you have no opinion and don't care about the power struggle its A++ which suits us well

I've only lived here for a couple of months but I love it. There is a very woodsy park like feeling to a lot of areas and everything is very well maintained. There are lots of friendly people and things are very safe. There are also plenty of social functions and activities going on regularly.

Today I visited the recreation center to complete filing my income taxes with AARP Tax Aid. There was plenty of room. My time there was brief. I didn't have a chance to see anything else so this review is limited.

Nice place to be. Sadly gets struck by multiple hurricanes. Had family that used to live here. 2 died Grandma and Grandpa. The 3rd moved back to upstate new york state. I know a few people who live here hut not sure if they're still alive or if they have moved out.

Is good place , and it has came rooms ,gim, and swimming pools. I like this place.

Horrible staff!!! Do NOT LIVE HERE!!! TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE AND RUDE!!!!
