The Diamond District was recommended to me by my brother, and out of all the places I was looking for an engagment ring I'm so glad I came here. From the first time I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. I worked with Song and Shane and I cannot say enough good things about them. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest are all words I would use to describe them. On my first visit Song showed me different stones based what I had in mind, not only that but she managed to show me a stone which exceeded my expectations in every way. When Shane sat down with me to take me through the prices he answered every question I had honestly, and made me feel completely at ease. The prices seemed fair and competitive based on other places I had looked, but the atmosphere and staff at the Diamond District are what really sold me. From finding a stone, to matching it with a setting, ordering it and taking delivery, every step was fantastic and hassle free. Shane and Song went above and beyond to make the experience special and I am very grateful to them. I even had a chance to talk with one of the owners, Todd and chat with him about a few things. His passion for his business and providing the best customer experience was the final confirmation that I had made the right choice. Rip off pricing on poor quality jewelry. The white gold diamond ring I purchased for over $2k for Christmas 2021 had to be resized. When I went to pick it up they couldn’t initially find it and were quite rude about it. Eventually a manager arrived and found it but didn’t apologize about the mix up. Within three months the “white gold” had rubbed off and the band lost it's luster. A comparable or better white gold and diamond ring at Costco .com is less then half the price.

As usual, the diamond district did not disappoint my husband or myself. They created my our vision perfectly, timely and they were just as emotional as I was with the finished product. I'm forever grateful for the best customer service and making us feel as we were family. A "heartfelt" thank you again for being the best jewelry people ever.

Diamond District as a whole is amazing!! However, Eduardo was ABSOLUTELY the best!! He is very professional, very personable, very kind, and just all around a very “Down to Earth” type of guy! My husband and I went shopping together for my engagement ring so that I could pick the setting. Arnie was great working with my husband to pick the center stone and make the final arrangements of the purchase. Very professional and honest people without the “salesy” vibe that you feel at other jewelry stores. They took the time to show me options and find what I liked instead of trying to tell me what’s “in style” or what I should want.

I met with Song to re-design my engagement ring. We looked at some examples of what I could do. They then created digital cad images of what my ring would look like, we made edits till I was satisfied. The custom ring came out better than expected!! It is beautiful and I cant wait to go back and design my band! Song made designing the ring easy, and I was able to trust them with grandma's diamond!

After going to multiple different jewelry stores to pick out my fiancé's engagement ring I ended up at Diamond District. Where I received exceptional customer service from the moment when I entered the door. The entire staff was very informative and helpful during my decision of purchasing an engagement ring. The staff here are always honest, friendly, and professional. My husband got my rings and his from here and not only were they perfect for us, but our wedding bands were both made custom at great deals. When my husband lost his ring on a trip, they were able to entirely recreate it. My rings had just recently been repaired and they did a beautiful job. They look brand new. I had a very specific request on making a custom engagement ring. I had to have a blue heart shaped diamond cast in a white and rose gold setting. Nathan stepped up straight away and assisted with not only the design and reassurance but guidance, even on his days off he would call and answer my texts within minutes, and believe me when I say there was a lot of communication. Nathan was professional,polite and very helpful in getting my Henri Daussi engagement and wedding ring serviced. After 11 years both rings needed some routine maintenance. My rings were secure in house with the master jeweler. Service was exceptional and extremely timely. I was told 6 days and within 48 hours my rings were ready to pick up. My rings looked perfect like the day I got engaged and married. I couldn’t ask for more!! I would recommend diamond district for all your jewelry needs!

Wonderful all around! I had my wedding ring reset a few years ago.Song helped me design a new setting. The design team came up with a model of how my ring would look and it was really seamless. I approved the drawing and received a Beautifully set wedding ring. I emailed Song this year and asked if the team could design a wedding band to match my ring without bringing it in and she replied absolutely. Within a few days again, I received a drawing of them. Song suggested to have two to balance my ring and she was right! I received my bands last week and could not be happier with the service and product.. Well Done!
