A lot of clothes and accessories. Seemed to me most of the stuff might have been rejected from the main stores

Good selection of clothing and apparel that with sale price is an attractive buy. Customer service / cashier counter seems very slow. When people are waiting in line to check out its not the time to promote opening a credit card or joining something. We shop here about once a month and every time I have seen somebody get tired of waiting or seeing the line, putting their finds down and leaving. I know I have felt that way a few times. Improve this and I would rate higher.

Not many deals. It may be due to the shipping problems. It appeared the sale items were limited and 2022 stock. The years before we had such great deals.

Really friendly staff. Treated me and my family like we were their family. We went in for one pair of shoes and ended up staying almost 2 hours shopping in all departments. The sales were amazing and so was the selection. It's a smaller store, but there is plenty of selection. There are seasonal items, gift ideas, jewelry and fine watches, men's and women's shoes, etc

Great store. You can buy almost anything you need Clothing wise. Unisex store for all occasions .

Unfriendly staff. The Sawgrass location on the east coast is much bigger with really nice staff.

They didn't support veterans at all, dont take military discounts and the cashier was very rude! Plus we had some guy follow us around the whole store!

The store was nice and clean, but low on stock.

I stopped in to jewelry dept and Julie took her time and patience to show me all the treasures ( Gold and Diamonds) . Julie is a true gem for the store.

I wasn't impressed with the store at all. It looked like a garage sale store with really high prices. Will not be going back to that store again.

Store is empty of shoppers, still took 20 minutes with 3 of us in line to checkout. Then red tag clearance price, for pair of Calvin Klein slides, plastic injection molded, made in China, rang up at full price. Showed the clerk both clearance stickers and she sorry...computer says otherwise. Wasted 20 minutes of my life on this pos item and store.

Shopping for a dress. My niece is getting married next month. Didn’t really find anything for me. I’m 4ft 7inch. Everything is too long.

It was the end of the night on a Sunday at 6 PM and Melissa was extremely helpful help me get my sign up discount she was very nice in person or even at the very end of the day

If you are a size 3 or less then you have cute stuff! I was not impressed. Just wait and go to Saks.

My wife and I went to Saks for the first time as we were visiting Florida from Wisconsin. I got one of their suits so I could broker a large deal at a business meeting. I had an inventory related issue just before the meeting, but Kathy took a call from me in the evening in order to ensure that the dress attire I purchased was “seamless” in order to impress my client. Pun intended. Between Kathy and Hailey, they made sure my wife and I were well taken care of. They went above and beyond and I was truly grateful for their hospitality.

Kathy is a phenomenal individual! She’s great to deal with and solves problems. Saks is lucky to have such a great team member and leader! 5 STARS (I had a problem with a purchased item and had to go back to the store same day. Kathy the store manager was so cool to deal with, I forgot I was even upset! now here I am leaving a 5 star review) Well done, cheers!

Great place to find unique name brans, quality clothing for less.

Lots to choose from. Lots of name branded shoes and clothing at discount prices. Great jewelry to pick from in many styles and colors

Good finds but have to go often. Some nice shoes but can be short on sizes. They will look for your size if necessary.

The customer service here is appalling. The employees and manager were incredibly rude (yelling at me and talking negatively about me to each other in front of me) because I left the store at 7:03 instead of 7 pm (even though there were other customers still checking out). Will not shop here again.

Upon arrival at the store , the store clerk informed us on a great special promotion for "buy one get one free on any shoes". After spending time finding two shoes to match the initial criteria we arrived at the register . The clerk , during check out , simply said we would have to pay full price for both shoes due to some exclusions . There was a zero regard for any customer satisfaction. The store clerk was not apologetic at all . Customer seems to be foreign concept at this store.
