My experience with this store was absolutely incredible. I went in looking for an engagement ring with very specific details and Nina was able to sit with me and figure each and every detail out! All the employees are excited to help and extremely proud of the work they do! I will be back in to see Nina in the future for the wedding band!

Angela is hands-down, one of the most knowledgeable, professional people in her field. I have referred many happy clients to her over the years. She even helps the corporation I work for in making sure that they always have their 10 year watches and 25 year watches and any other corporate gifts they might need. I trust Angela and Jareds of Estero, with all of my most important decisions regarding jewelry.

Angela was incredibly courteous and helped me find the exact wedding bands I was looking for and built my wish list so I could go try them on at another location prior to ordering. Definitely recommend coming in to see Angela for any jewelry needs!!

Brought a necklace a few years ago and it means a lot to me, the GM Frank along with corporate took really good care of me!! I felt so good about how well I was taken care of I went ahead and brought a black diamond ring that Angela showed me. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I wanted to thank them and the company! From valued customer!!

Shotty service! First, they make you pay up front, even though you are leaving your assets with them! Went in for a resize of my husband's ring. They also said they could smooth out the rough areas on the rose gold. We return to pick up the ring, and it still has several dings in the rose gold. For a one-stop shop, with suposabley all the repairs done in-house, suck at what they do, if they can't make a ring beautiful again. If there was more work to be done with extra fees, someone should have picked up the phone and let someone know. Obviously, they were either too lazy or didn't care or just couldn't make it beautiful again. Either way, they lied to us, and we will not be back and will never recommend them!

Beyond exceptional customer service!! We left with four Christmas gifts for our boys and they even wrapped them. I can’t say enough about this amazing team. We will for sure be back. Whoever trained them in customer service should be commended! Thank you so much.

I needed a repair to my ring from normal wear. I was nervous because of a past repair that went horribly wrong. I was referred to the Jared at Coconut Point where Marcela was patient, kind, and professional. I left my ring feeling calm and confident because of her customer service. The whole staff visited to make me relaxed. After only a couple of days my ring was ready for pickup. It looks like new! I have worn it for 25 years! I can not say how grateful I am.

Marcela and the staff at Jared Coconut Point were great. She was so patient, professional and knowledgeable with the resetting of my engagement ring and new band. Highly recommend them. Will recommend to family and friends.

Nina Brzobahaty (at the coconut point Jared’s) was really helpful and sweet. My ring inspection was quick, informative, and my ring sparkles like new after the cleaning and redipping. I especially appreciated that since she knew I live in an area far from Jared’s, she went above and beyond to make sure my ring was in the best shape possible until I can come back for my next inspection. I had a chain repaired. When I went to pick it up, the work was done with a low-quality piece. When I told the person who attended me that the job was not good, he told me that they were going to charge me more. Another of the people who works came over and said that they would send it to be done again. Lousy customer service. There are plenty of nice Jewelry stores in Naples. I won’t go to this place ever again.

Hands down one of the best experience I had so far while shopping in this store. I shopped for my husband and my daughter. The store is in immaculate condition and the staff is polite and very knowledgeable. The cherry on top is the manager that is running the store who is so welcoming and very accommodating. He treated us with the most utmost respect and worked with our budget. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to my family and friends.

What an amazing experience! I went into Jared not knowing much about engagement rings besides what I learned online. Jared was the first store I went into, and the one I ended up purchasing my engagement ring from. Francisco was SUPER HELPFUL! He was knowledgeable about all things jewelry. He made my buying experience awesome. He explained different types of diamonds, the difference in buying in store vs online, and so much more. Even going through a long list of emerald cut diamonds to make sure I got the best value for the money I was spending. Other stores I went to were super pushy and were just looking to get me to buy the most expensive ring. Francisco was more concerned with me getting the right ring for my now fiancé. I could not be happier with my purchase and will certainly come back to this Jared to buy our wedding rings. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND coming to this Jared store and asking for Francisco if you're looking for an engagement ring, or any type of jewelry!
