Not to busy, staff was helpful but just didn't find anything we liked.

Found a little something for my wife that she loves. The ladies were helpful and friendly.

My mother really likes this store. I think the items are very pretty but the prices are outrages for jewelry that isn't even gold or silver.

Arrived at 10:07 the doors were locked. Called and there was an answer but then hung up. Not sure if there was an employee inside not wanting to deal with customers today but they lost one this morning. The front door and website says they open at 10:00. Called at 10:15. Went back at 10:28 still locked. Guess no one wants to work.

With 3 customers and 3 service staff which is 1:1 ratio, no greeting, no offer to help. Passed me several times and I intentionally stood next to them for minutes and still nothing. I finally gave up and asked if there was a better time to come back when they are more available. 1of the 3 spoke (who was having a sandwich at the checkout counter) and said it was not intentional and still didnt ask what is it that they can help me with. This is the 2nd time the samething has happened to me at the same store when I have come in dressed in ordinary casual clothing, with no make up and an ordinary purse. The times when I have come in with upscale attire, accessories and clothing they never left my side. This is clearly discriminatory behavior and they forget their retail training, "Donot judge a book by its cover". I am done with this Swarowski location. The drive to Nordstrom in Naples is worth it, no matter how you are dressed. They will serve you well and you can shop with dignity.

I had wonderful service over the phone several weeks ago. I think it was on a Sunday morning and the sales person had just arrived at the store. Even though she needed to open up she gave me great service.

I stopped in to purchase a silver tennis bracelet, which was not on clearance or final markdown, it’s full price as if I purchased from regular store. However my regular store was out of them and did not know when they would be back in. I was told I could purchase this item at the outlet because it never goes on sale. I need to mention I do have a 20 percent off coupon I was trying to use. They would NOT honor it. They were very dismissive and told me I should try and purchase at my own outlet....because they don’t accept any coupons....I contacted corporate to which I received the answer I already knew, THEY WERE WRONG. Here is my response from corporate. Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Swarovski Customer Relations. We inform you that all of our vouchers and gift cards can be used to purchase any article that is not in final sale. This means that you can purchase your item at the outlet and use the voucher only when item is not in sale. Please let us know if you require further assistance. Kind regards, Sad that they don’t know their own policies.
