Buying a phone was never such a mess. Pathetic experience. I am not going there again ever. The staff is very irresponsible. They will not tell you about any formalities before hand but once you make the final payment and the product gets billed on your name, they start telling about paperwork and all. It took me literally 3-4 hours to buy a phone. They do not have any seating arrangement so if someone visits their outlet, the customer needs to keep standing for like hours. Very disappointing overall experience....
