Need small item for the house, they have great items and good prices

Ikea Italy? Such a shame! My personal experience with Ikea Italy after sale customer service can be explained in one word: A NIGHTMARE! Now i can understand perfectly all the bad rewies i'm reading lately.. i totally relate to them. Its been now three month since i have request the replacement in warrancy of my (unfortunately) Ikea kitchen cabinets doors buyed not more than 5 years ago as them has changed totaly their color in such a short time (from bright white to pale dirty yellowish strange color). Current situation: some of them have been replaced and some are still yellow. Why? Because Ikea Italy does not has all the size of the door available till.... maybe 2019!! now i cant host nobody showing my home with kitchen reduced in such poor condition! And i've been told also "i'm lucky i can use my kitchen" tho.. Hm.. of course i am.. but this IS NOT WHAT I HAVE PAYED FOR. Dear Ikea Italy.. where is the 25 years warrancy you guarantee to us, customers, while buying your kitchen? Dear Ikea Italy, how days, weeks, months or maybe years should a customer wait for the resolution of problems related to your products? Dear Ikea Italy, you have lost this customer. To you my friend reading, be aware and be wise. Our money worth a lot more than spending them on Ikea Italy. . Ikea Italia? Pessima! La mia esperienza personale con Ikea Italia si descrive in una parola: terribile! E' da mesi che sono in attesa di ricevere la sostituzione delle ante della cucina ancora in garanzia (ante trasformatesi da bianco opaco a giallo paglierino sporco in soli 5 anni.. Qualità, questa sconosciuta.) Dopo vari solleciti, mi hanno sostituito alcune ante ( spedite anche varie volte perché arrivate rotte) e altre lasciate così, multicolor, sperando(dicono loro), che arrivino tutte le misure..nel 2019! E' da tre mesi che mi vergogno a fare entrare ospiti in casa mia. E leggendo le centinaia di recensioni su Facebook, Google, Trustpilot c'è chi è messo peggio.. Cara Ikea Italia, quanti altri giorni, settimane, mesi o forse anni dobbiamo aspettare per la risoluzione dei problemi relativi ai vostri prodotti per i quali noi clienti abbiamo PAGATO? Cara Ikea Italia, "siamo fatti per cambiare" sì, ma dovresti cambiare in meglio.

I love IKEA in general but this time even more, as it was empty of people ☺️☺️

Had everything we needed. Loved shopping online from America and knowing what was available before shopping there.

Review based on the service recived. The staff was fully unprepared and unable to provide service to the customer. We almost went ome without the object we drove there for. The website said there was still stock but the staff was unable to tell us that it was placed in a different storage unit than what suggested on the website. We asked 4 times. No effort to help. Just 'if it's not there we don't have it'. Very bad service

We need some furniture for our Italian appartement, so we decided to select everything in Germany and buy in Rimmini. The usual IKEA, very nice people, really helpful staff!!! Unfortunately the program in Italy is not the same like in Germany. So I'll buy some items in Germany. We let everything build and deliver by IKEA, so I'll give an update...

Very nice overall. I ordered I fully equipped kitchen and I must say the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable!
