Welcome the new drink to Sturgis Applebee's "Heaven's Delight's" that was created tonight by Courtney the bar tender off of a random w video we presented to her with a drink we wanted to try. She created a perfect balance lemon sour, apple crown, Carmel, and now we have Heaven's Delight. Along with the great service of our waitress,( I apologize I forgot you name if you see this please comment,and I will edit this review just for you) with our food and pleasant atmosphere, and again great service. Thank for tonight it was needed and appreciated.

Mike the Area Manager decided to be very aggressive with his words and rude to the special needs staff. We got the excuse from the manager that it's because the person has a problem interrupting. Okay, Where is the professionalism? Where is the dignity of taking the person to the back and having a conversation? Basic human respect? There is NEVER a reason to speak to someone that way no matter who they are, but because this person was special needs , someone had to be thier voice! The food and the waitress, both amazing ! 👏

The appetizers plate was good but the burger a bit dry. Very nice service!

Was at the restaurant 2 hours waiting on our food and eating. Once we got our food it was cold and had to return it. The second time the food was finally hot and good. The manager did come to our table and gave us credit for two free meals. We ended up giving a good tip for the good service. We did leave satisfied, just not happy wasting 2 hours of our time!

Erica was a awesome waitress!! Great service. She really needs a raise for all her hard work she had showed us. They really should not keep the squirt bottles out in public eye when alcohol is served!!!

I want to shout out to chance our amazing bartender who was running around like crazy making sure everyone had what they needed. Apple bees needs to give him a raise and applaud his dedication to the customers. Fast drinks and great attitude!

When we got to Applebee’s there was about a 20 minute wait, which was understandable on a Friday night. When we got to our table we were immediately greeted by Taeler B. I was very impressed with how busy she was but made time to make connections with all of her tables. She was so friendly, made suggestions, everything came out promptly and delicious. I hope to have that kind of service again when we return. Thank you Taeler!

Nasty place to eat. Waited for server for over 30 min. Once we order we got oir appetizers 30 min later and were super cold and wings were overcooked. I asked server to cancel order and got charged for the appetizers that were untouched. If could rate my experince on the negatives thats how I would rate it. Very nasty and very poor managment.
