I’ve been coming to wings for many years now and I just love their wings. They’re so good and big! Their fries are tasty. I prefer their mild and hot sauces as well as garlic Parmesan and some bbq sauces that they have. Their burgers are also good. They have good options for appetizers. Their ribs are simple but good. Dine in is way better than takeout. When you dine in your food for some reason taste better and looks exactly how you order it. When you order for takeout they usually end up forgetting your extra sauce or the wings are kinda dry and need more sauce or there’s not enough fries with your order. I gave it 4 stars because their service lacks a little. Some Waitresses can sometimes seem like they have an attitude or just don’t want to give you good service. Other than that the food and drinks are good.

Alright, look. Its a Wing Etc like all the others. Staff is friendly, food is fast. However, they treat their wing sauce like it's made of gold and comes right out of the kitchen staff's pockets. Every time i go to this location, i get a drizzle of sauce over my wings rather than them being tossed in the sauce, allowing it to coat them. The frequency of this happening leads me to believe it is a location policy rather than a mistake or an oversight due to a busy shift. **EDIT 01-21** I was there just last week. As usual, food was good, staff was awesome. But, here is what im talking about with the wing sauce!

My kids and I came from Michigan to Indiana to visit their cousins so we decided to go out to eat at Wings. Not going to lie it took some time for the food to come out but it gave us plenty of time to talk and enjoy each other's company. They have plenty of tvs, the services was great, and the food was excellent.

This has got to be the worst place I have ate in a long time. The waitress was horrible, the food was horrible. It literally took me 40 minutes to get a drink ( I was drinking fountain pop). They gave me a fork with finger prints and mouth prints on it. Needless to say we will never be eating here again.

I had never been to a Wings Ect. restaurant before and thought I’d give it a try. Overall, I thought the food was decent. The 99 cent traditional wings were a good value. I thought the burger was a little over cooked for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. My main critique was that the service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not at all busy at 9 at night. Overall, I would return, especially during the Monday wing special.

Go on Monday $1/wing special. Also if you would like to try to watch 58 TV's at the same time, this is the place to do it. Or server was great and the food was delicious.

Overall enjoyed this place. Wings are slightly overcooked most of the time. But not enough to make them inedible. I personally love the pretzels and beer cheese, always a go to for me. I wish the servers would just smile an engage a little more then this is just a job an I hate it here type attitude.

I love their Ultimate Nacho's!!! Just wish they came in a half order so I could order them for myself when nobody else wants any. Anyways, the Garlic Parmesan wings are delicious! Ooh and they extended the building...news to me since it's been awhile visiting that location. I'm sure I'll be back soon! Thanks for always giving great service!

We stopped in to grab a snack on the way home after shopping and we were pleasantly surprised to see that it has enlarged their seating area and the TVs are all over the place so you can definitely not miss the game that you’re looking to watch while you grab a great snack and dinner. Service was quick and fast things that I have definitely improved since the lockdown and I was nice to see that they have actually expanded since then our food came out quick and was perfectly cooked.

We come to Wings several times a month. Sam is absolutely THE BEST. He’s only waited on us max 3 times but always remembers us, greets us by name and even takes care of things when we have a different server. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing young man!!

I ate my boneless wings without a fork because the waitress completely ignored us after taking our order. She actually put her head down when walking by while we said "excuse me". I normally have no issues at Wings and the food is great.

Server never introduced herself, wasn't personable, and wings came out not shaken but sauce poured on, so the wings under weren't sauced and the bottoms were dry as can be. Although food came out quick and atmosphere was nice. Won't be returning to this location.

We stopped in to eat sat ourselves which is fine but we sat waiting for 15 minutes and nobody even waited on us waited on those around us so we finally got up and left will not be back

The staff here are amazing. I've been going to Wings my entire life and I just celebrated their 30th birthday on Wednesday. The restaurant was PACKED and the wait was long but the staff handled it wonderfully. By the end of the night, we still had the same fantastic Wings experience. Wall sauce is my favorite. The wings are always large, sauced well and fried to perfection.

Our server was very friendly and sweet. The nachos were okay and the wings were also okay. They’re not the best wings I’ve ever had but still pretty darn good.

Wings is a solid local chain. Beer is usually cold, lots of tv’s on and their wings are good. I prefer them dry with sauce on the side…but that’s me.

Food was delicious! I had the jalapeño burger and they smashed the patties perfectly. Waiter was a little absent at times but overall great experience!

Great service. Awesome menu. Decent prices. Lots of space. Plenty of Parking. Numerous big screen tvs at every viewing angle.

Every time I go they forget the blue cheese so I PAID for a total of 12 and got 6 this time. I ordered 10 boneless wings and received 3 and 7 tiny crispys with zero chicken in them. Even when I opened my fries I barely had any and the “curly” was just ends of the fries. I have no idea why they have recently they have gone so down hill but me and my family were still hungry after spending $70

Haven't been there in several months. Same as other restaurants and retail short staffed. But, ordered a chicken bacon wrap with fries. Mine was for take out, done in plenty of time. The fries were hard, the chicken was burnt,(microwave burnt)I didn't see any bacon pieces either. I only ate half the wrap and rest of it went into the trash. Usually I dont post bad comments, but I've never received this bad of food from there.

Excellent place to go get a great meal and a awesome environment for the whole family and everyone else to watch the games, and have a great time, highly recommend this location.

Ordered a burger with cheese and bacon, topped with lettuce, tomato and pickle. It came missing all the toppings and the ketchup bottle was empty. The remodeling was nice but very noisy.

Was going to place an order for delivery on doordash but noticed the bone in wings charge sauce per wing so my order for 10 wings jumped from $12 to $17 even though it says $2.75 upcharge. Then delivery was turned off while I was choosing my items. Tried to call for a pick up order and no one answered. Tried to call back and got a message that the number wasn't available. Guess my money will go somewhere else

Past few take out orders seem to always be different yet ordering the same each time. Perhaps a new cook…food is good if not over cooked.

So we're just there (party of 10) an there was plenty on table open, and the host told us that we would have to sit on 2 different tables to get 2 different servers, we asked them really nicely to let us put 2 tables together and the host went to get the manager, the manager didn't even come to us to explain or try to find a solution (again, there were many tables open) and he just said "moving the table is not an option". And I asked: ok, how do yous do with large groups? He said we only have 1 table that can accommodate that many people (10) and us busy. Do you guys want to wait? Again, I said really? There's a lot of tables open. Anyways. They said no and we left. We are regular customers there because we go every Friday after soccer game. Not gonna be there anymore that's for sure. Is just so frustrating the lack of nice, caring customer Service.

It's sad when even the employee walks away saying, "yeah that needs to be refunded and remade". Then the employee who followed me out of the building. The manager was so lost and confused like he had just woke up from a nap. Best advice I can give is to be more thorough and attentive. There were more employees walking around so no excuse to staffing on this one. Food was ok. Cold by the time it was placed in my hand 30 minutes after it was made. Almost 20 minutes of me sitting inside waiting for my food that was there the entire time. My name was taken wrong. However, no one asked me what my order was even after I told them it was taken 45 minutes ago via phone. I told the first person what my order was but he wasn't listening to me. Poor experience, my 1st ever here after being a customer for over 20 years. Hope the next is better.

Love Wings Etc. Awesome choice of sauces for the wings and can't beat the Cajun curly fries. Much better quality of food vs buffalo wild wings. They got quite a selection of food to choose from and the daily specials are awesome. Also a large alcohol selection.

This place is clean and has a fun sporty atmosphere. The beer selection is good but is higher in price by comparison. The food is always consistent quality with adequate portions. The service is typically decent but they can get busy and overwhelmed. This a good stop on the Southside if you have time to sit down and relax.

The staff could be more friendly (some of them). We're humans and we cannot be all smiles all the time, I get it. But we cannot let our frustrations out on others like if it was their fault.

A great place to go for food, fun people and service. Some tasks might not be preformed properly. Edit for owner since they responded: Small things and probably because when I get food from location it is late at night and people are burnt out, but small things like getting cheese bites instead of the beer cheese for the deep fried mushrooms. From previous orders; not cooking a batch of fries longer when requested, wrong drinks, food not having toppings taken off. I get it. I've worked that kind of job before and you go through the motions. I do think the place is a great place to hang out and enjoy time with friends and family. Just minor annoying things and miscommunication can hinder a perfect experience.

The service was good, the food was tasty, and the beer was cold. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was clutter from renovations they're working on. Can't wait to see them expanded into their new area ooh area!

I love their restaurant. Beer prices are good, but food prices are out of control for what they offer. $11+ for 7 wings is ridiculous. I remember when they had 25 cent wing nights! Get on the wall though if you eat their wall wings, fun time.

This pub has got to be one of my favorite places to eat. My friends and I go after work every Friday evening and just sit, talk, and watch whatever game is on. The staff are very friendly and kind and always treat you like they're supposed to. Ten stars!
