Wonderful, romantic restaurant with incredible service and food. We felt like family there. I loved my seafood pasta and mini cannolis.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Restaurant has vegetarian options that were a hit with my wife. Red wine we selected was from Mt. Etna area and was nice and dry/secco. The appetizer plate was very tasty. I'd recommend Da Bacco and would certainly go back if I visit Palermo in the future.

We had a dinner, everything was so amazing that we booked for the next night as well 😁The food is really high quality, you can understand it from the oil and every ingredient they use! So fresh and yummy! The wine recommendation is also according to your taste and the all staff are very friendly and professional! Highly recommended ♥️

I thought this may be a tourist trap, it was not! The freshest oysters I have ever had and the pasta was to die for. Fresh, light, great flavours. 10/10

Lovely dinner with delicious food and drinks and great service. I very much enjoyed going to Da Bacco - it is in a super central location, but conveniently nestled in a small side alley away from the hustle and bustle of Via Maqueda. My personal highlights were the mix platter of Sicilian antipasti as a starter and the very attentive and friendly service.

They have a lovely service and great food. We were eating practically on the street. It would be OK but we got interrupted a lot by beggars while dining. I have nothing against them but I like my peace while dining.

Unfortunately the ravioli were overcooked—one was even broken that all the filling came out. The pesto pasta was also just okay—not sure if it was really freshly made pesto, or pesto taken from a pre-cooked jar. --- In response to the owner's reply, I said "not sure" if it was freshly made. I didn't say it "wasn't" freshly made. And I wonder what your response to the broken raviolo is? I 'm glad my review is read by many people. Now a photo is uploaded for people to judge if the pastas looked well made. For whoever reading this, please avoid the restaurant. Absolutely overpriced in a touristy street. And one of the owners even always made fun of people passing by. How rude! That's why we only ordered two pastas and ran away. There's a video on a Facebook page called "We Are Palermo" that explains how to avoid being ripped off in the city. This restaurant is unfortunately shown at around 3:30 as an example. :\

So glad we booked to come here during our visit to Palermo. The olives, red wine and pasta dishes we had were the best we’d eaten. Would love to come back. There were a lot of vegetarian/vegan options for us to choose from. The atmosphere in the street was lovely, the staff were great and the pricing was very reasonable.

A popular and delicious Italian restaurant in the heart of Palermo with a nice selection of drinks. It can get busy in popular times, so suggest you book in advance. I ordered their Sicilian style carbonara. It was nice but not as rich and creamy as a Roman style carbonara.

Found this gem while on vacation to Sicily in one of those beautiful narrow side streets. Everything about this restaurant was exceptional! The quality and taste of the food was out of this world! The owner personally took care of us which made me and my woman feel very special! I ordered the Sea Urchin with Fresh Pasta and my special lady ordered the Mixed Seafood with Fresh Pasta + Dessert...YUMM!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone travelling to this part of Sicily! A+++

Had such a lovely dinner. Anchovy salad to start, and risotto (pictured) as a main. Then finished with the lemon sorbet. Fantastic Sicilian wine to accompany and great service. 5 stars!

Highly recommend Da Bacco! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious! It’s a perfect place to get dinner after going to see a show at Teatro Massimo.

One of the better options in the tourist trap around the Opera House. The seasonal ingredients were the stars of the show here, delicious tomatoes and melon. Vegetable pasta con Verdure was delicious, Carbonara was so-so. As you would expect for the location it was busy and noisy with lots of street peddlers trying to get a couple of euros.

I had lunch at this restaurant today and I ordered a dish of sort of grilled vegetables and fish. It was DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked and the quantity was perfect. As a dessert I had a Lemon Sorbet that was heaven! I really recommend this place.

Place is nice, service is excellent, carbonara was better than i expected. Clean toilet. Unfortunatly my friends were not happy with their meals - pasta fresca, bolognese and caprese salad were very average. What is more, 4 euros for service is too high in my opinion (on board on the front of the restaurant was information that servis is 2euro).

Very lovely place, good quality and excellent price/quality ratio. Only minor disadvantage is that they serve the food too fast. There was no time between the different plates. Overal, excellent place! ✅

The salad and the carbonara was very basic - maybe it was just the end of the day. Also my expectation for a 12 Euro salad was also a bit higher than just a few chopped vegetables without anything special. Nevertheless The staff is super friendly and the waiter was also helpful and nice to everyone.

Wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect. The service, food, wine. Just pure perfection. We also received a gift, one package of the pasta. We couldnt wish for morwle. Best restaurant in Palermo so far.
