This place is amazing! My expectations were surpassed right from the start. Beginning with how we were greeted by really nice security guards that really take customer service to the next level. After we checked in we quickly realized the resort has a team of entertainers that work hard all day engaging with guests, (team member such as Davide, Giuseppe, Paulo and several others) have created a spectacular dance lesson every night. The amount of evening entertainment each night gives you the total package. The A.C. in the room is the best and quietest I've seen. I look forward to returning!

the location is very nice the so called D club is terrible!!! they make you feel so bad, the waiters and other staff are not helpful or friendly at all. also it is in a terrible location, there is 1 restaurant nearby but nothing else. you have to rent a vehicle to go anywhere plus you have to pay extra for parking! the drinks and food are incredibly expensive, the breakfast is terrible: the coffee is disgusting the eggs look like somebody puked them, everything else is also just terrible. the location is great but that's about it!

The Hotel is well managed, and there are a lot of interesting and funny activities to do. The staff organizes many entertainment activities and it's really funny. There are 3 pools and they are awesome and well cleaned. The rooms of the hotel are provided by luxury objects, and the architecture is awesome. Love this place.

Facilities are nice, but the location is VERY tricky and it’s time-consuming and expensive to get to Palermo or anywhere. Staff was friendly overall and kid’s club staff were amazing! We did half board and several additional meals as it was so hard to get anywhere. The food was pretty unsatisfying overall, even the coffee was quite bad - something you don’t expect in Italy. We made our stay work out, but would not go back or recommend this hotel.

View is amazing - The variety of food is so limited! - The access to the train station is good but you need to walk by the road without sidewalk to anywhere out of the hotel and this makes you rent the car or take a taxi! The hotel’s facility and atmosphere is perfect! No beach around… the hotel has 3 pools tho! The hotel is clean!

+ sea water pool + wide food selection at dinner + water, tea and coffee included at breakfast • reliant on a car • a credit card is required upon check-in - no real walking opportunities nearby - parking costs 10 € per day - the air conditioning in our "classic room" was limited to 22 °C - water costs extra during dinner - no variation at breakfast

Rooms small. Bathroom poorly lit. Balcony overlooking pools and the sea was nice. Service from waiters/ waitress has room for significant improvement. After all... its the hospitality industry.... good at the Zagara restaurant was good. Better if you get there on the earlier side of the meal times posted. Poolside experience could have been much better with more music.... cocktail service offered poolside...had to walk to bar each time we wanted drinks for the group... then no one would come by to remove empty drinking cups.... not as luxurious as they advertise

The hotel itself is beautiful, the property is really big and the pools are exceptionally clean. You can also go into the ocean on the property, it's so nice. The view all around the property is amazing! The staff is really helpful and always friendly, it doesn't matter which staff member it is, everybody is doing a great job! Rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, the dinner could be a bit better but all in all it's still good. Also thank you to Alessia and Veronika for organising a cake for my girlfriend's birthday, this was really sweet of them.

The room was OK, no tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel reception were friendly and organised an upgrade to seaview room as there was availability. The pool and view were stunning, however everything else about the hotel needs addressing. The buffet was bland and cantina style, very depressing. The D club members get priority over normal guests, with Special areas segregated from the rest of the area. Sun loungers all taken up by breakfast with towels everywhere. With views and pool, there is so much potential to improve. Paulo from Animation team was fantastic. He had great energy and was really friendly. Aside from views and pool, he was hotels best asset!

An Unforgettable Journey Guided by Pepe: Exploring the Treasures of Sicily I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a journey through the captivating island of Sicily, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the staff members are truly exceptional. However, the food options leave much to be desired. Unless you opt for the buffet, which I must caution you about as it tends to attract large groups of tourists every night. During our visit in early June, we asked where all the people came from as they were not at the hotel, we were told that 200 tourists had recently arrived for the all you can eat buffet dinner, giving it the feeling of being on a crowded cruise liner. To explore the surrounding areas, renting a car or taking a taxi is a must since there isn't much within walking distance and there are no sidewalks. On the positive side, the hotel itself boasts wonderful facilities and a delightful atmosphere. Although there isn't a beach nearby, the hotel does offer three pools. It's worth noting that the pools tend to be quite busy with families and children.

DON'T GO THERE. Worst experience ever. Since we arrived no one explained to us how the Hotel works... no hours for breakfast.. no hours for the swimming pool.. not a list of all activites or plan for the diffrerent Hotel's areas.. not even the wifi code ! They just gave us our room keys... Swimming pool : If you go after 10.30 am then you have no space where to sit... Dinner/breakfast buffet : DON'T TAKE IT. It's located in a closed area. With shaded windows. You can't even see the view. TOO LOUDY, too noisy and the food is not good ! It's like they want you to spend the minimum time possible there in order not to consume too much of the buffet. The location : It's far from everything so you need a rental car or a very expensive taxis to go somewhere else. In all the Hotel : Everytime you sit somewhere you are told that it's not for you here. At the swimming pools there are some places reserved only for "club members". And so is the breakfast/dinner area. The pity is that they don't explain anytging in advance. They don't show you where to sit. They wait for you to sit somewhere and come to tell you to move because you're not member of the club... => Very bad organization that makes feel very less. In short words : DON'T GO THERE. Sicily is not all like that from what we saw when we visited Palerm. We will go back to Sicily but certainely not in this Hotel.

*A very honest review for the hotel* Why you should go here... Beautiful view Very comfy bed Great shower pressure Clean pools Fresh evening meals Friendly staff Evening entertainment with the dancers - incredible! Boat trip is highly recommended! Why you shouldn't... If you have a dietary requirement - My sister was vegan and somehow a plate of salad/plain veg was seen as adequate?! No effort was made to provide a proper meal. No protein - such as tofu etc. Despite local supermarkets being well stocked in this. And for dessert? Nothing! If you have an allergen. Don't step foot in here unless you want an appointment at the local hospital. Staff had no idea what was in the food. Labels were incorrect. Good luck to you 🙏 Steps... there's visible steps and hidden steps everywhere. So get ready to burn your quads (and trip up) Reception desk - no organisation. Simple query? Join the Q with everyone trying to check out or check in. Entertainment - the dancers were amazing but the singers beforehand need to change up the song list. Some of the songs sung were so depressing. I felt like slowly entering the sea. Not at all jolly. Additionally to this, the entertainment is placed right outside everyone's hotel rooms. So no early nights for you (if you're pool side). Location - no walkways for evening strolls outside the hotel, unless you're comfortable walking on a fast moving traffic road. Have to get a train/taxi to find life elsewhere. D club - get ready to feel like a second class citizen. Comfy pool beds only reserved for the members. Peasant beds for hotel guests.

Good stay but be prepared to spend 5 times the price on drinks.
