Deserves no stars So here’s the thing. This cafe is in an exceptional position at the top of the magnificent Turia park with a lake view. The space includes a large patio and a larger inside space. It is an amazing opportunity for someone who knows what they’re doing with food and service. Evidently, however, neither food nor service are important here. What does it matter what you serve or how slowly you serve it when you have this location (and a captive customer base - there is nothing else nearby). Shame on the owners.

Unpleasant experience! Toilets were not clean and unfriendly service!

Absolutely awful place serving overpriced burnt, bad quality coffee. Playing awful music (I think it was a Neil Diamond album) way too loudly. Half the toilets and sinks are out of order, and instead if there being toilet roll in the cubicles, it’s chained to the bar and you have to take what you need before you enter! No soap either - of course there wasn’t, what did I expect! Staff are slow and surly.

Such a great location, good coffee & cakes. Shame about the service. Staff could certainly benefit from being more friendly & smile more often. ;)

Awful prices for everything

Superb lakeside location and good drinks but disgusting toilets, seats missing, no soap and the only bog roll is tied up outside near the bar! Suggest bring your own.

I did not feel welcomed at this lane side cafe. My partner ordered a ham and cheese baguette which in my estimation was stale. It did make a tasty meal for the many visiting birds though. The toilets are close by but not well equipped with 2 out of 5 stalls open but neither with toilet paper. They were somewhat clean and functional. I believe that I did not feel welcomed because I did not speak English. I tried ordering in Spanish and the waitress seemed unimpressed. I did try. Anyway we had a choice to go here or the very nearby Burger King. I recommend Burger King!

My expereience in this cafeteria is very very bad..the waitress prefer to clear tables than to take orders and completely ignore us..we have to wait 20 min before get attendid but the worst thing of all is that they attended first to the other costumers that came after us. We felt discrimanited.the staff needing a briefing to apply good service.

Very nice place with and well decorated. Spanish music and in front of the water. Quiet and good to make a rapid stop. The note is not asking you to rate the waitress smile !

The only thing to order is a bottle of beer. There is nothing on the menu because the kitchen is closed, even on Saturdays. The only good thing is the location, near the water. a nice place to have a cold drink to cool off in the park. Prices are a little higher than usual.

The waitresses are SO rude and unfriendly, it really ruins what could be a lovely bar. Terrible service and the coffees were overpriced and undrinkable. Don’t go if you’re looking for a friendly face or a cheery smile because you won’t find here!

So great location. Staff were not unfeindly food was a below part. But the music was Fe**ing painful....
