Vivi was brilliant and knowledgeable on our Valencian food tour. She was warm and friendly and showed us around some super spots. She was excellent at ensuring our dietary preferences were adhered to. A brilliant tour which intoruduced us to some restaurants we just had to go back to!

Sometimes words are not powerful enough for describing the WONDER!!! The food tour I had in Valencia with Indulge Spain was super fantastic. I learnt a lot on Spanish life and culture, tasted divine wines and superb local food. I went to those places that you wouldn’t find yourself or that are not described in the touristy guide books. To all of this you have to add great laughs and a lot of fun!!! But the added value was Viviana (Vivi for her guests), my guide: I traveled a lot and took part in several guided tours, but Vivi was by far the best guide I’ve ever had! She is very knowledgeable, fun and her volcanic passion and energy will take your breath away! Gracias!!!

Viviana was our tour guide for a two week adventure throughout Italy! It was action packed and expertly managed by Vivi who can juggle many cities, types of transit for her clients, plan extraordinary group experiences (our group size was 16) and she was always on top of what we needed. Whether offering help for special or lost reservations, museum tickets, van, water taxi or train arrangements and other needed transportation, including taxis to the airport. She arranged a farm eco-tour and a gourmet lunch for us at the top of a mountain vineyard in Amalfi. It was idyllic. Viviana has personality plus, has an unflappable and lovely disposition and she always upbeat and just so much fun to be with. Whether in Venice, Florence, Rome or other smaller cities she makes everyone feel safe, important and well taken care of. She is a gem, a riot to tour with and speaks 5 different languages, but best of all she is a smart and savvy group leader, always alert. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Next trip - Portugal and Spain with Vivi as our incredible tour guide.

Viviana took our group of 11 on a tour of Italy. Viviana took us on a private tour and the first moment we met her we felt so comfortable. What an amazing person. Her knowledge of everywhere we went was fantastic. We had arranged quite a bit ahead of the trip. Funny thing was Vivi ended up with us most of the time. Vivi was our guide on a tour through Spain recently and she made a fantastic trip all the more special. If you want a taste of Valencia and see where the locals go for tapas, this is the tour for you. Victoria’s has the best croquettes I’ve ever tasted & Vivi the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, personable and fun. If I ever come back to Velencia I’d definitely do it again!

Had an amazing food and wine tour with Vivi! She clearly loves her city and wants to share the local culture through delicious food and drinks with a little history mixed in. We spent three hours winding through old town tasting all the local favorites. We tasted an array of delicious foods from the sweet local nougat, horchata and farton to the more savory acorn fed Iberian ham, gourmet pork tenderloin sandwich and handmade Spanish croquettes, all paired with local wines and cocktails. I highly recommended this amazing tour!

We had an amazing time out on the water with Vivi and Fernando. Not only were they a joy to be around but they took every step to ensure we had an amazing time. The food spread and wine was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Viviana of Indulge Spain was the most FABULOUS host for our very informative and DELICIOUS Food & Wine tour of the trendy Ruzafa neighborhood in Valencia. I brought a friend from Los Angeles and this was the highlight of her first ever visit to Valencia. Going on a tour with Indulge Spain is one of the best decisions you could ever make while travelling to Valencia! Having done both the best food scene and history tour, and the sailing experience - I can highly recommend them both! Viviana is an incredible guide, who puts her heart and soul into the tours she delivers. To say the food and drinks were delicious is a complete understatement! Viviana takes you to the best local places to experience the food that the locals eat, so you can really get a feel for the city and how the locals live there, while at the same time telling you the history so that you have an understanding of how the city came to be today. For the sailing experience, she only chooses the most amazing tapas from local markets, paired with delicious wine from the region, and with Viviana’s effervescent personality - you are destined to have a great time! Had the most wonderful time with Vivi. The tour was spot on. We visited some great food haunts, tasting delicous food and drink. Vivi was fanastic, giving us a great history and tour of the old tour and markets. Not only that, but Vivi, ahead of us meeting us, was amazing with recommendations for the rest of our trip. I WOULD SAY THAT I HAD THE MOST MARVELOUS TOUR EVER. Indulge Spain is the sample of how excellent tour can be. I had an opportunity to join the tour and it left me wordless. Vivi is such a warm personality and a highly motivated guide. She showed us the coziest and would say "secret" places that tourist wouldn't find so easily. I have tried traditional tapas and some drinks. And everything was so delicious and in high quality that I couldn't imagine. I have really enjoyed walking four of us in the Carmen area. The atmosphere at the first moment became so special that it really felt like you are local there and walking with a well-known friend. All respect for Viviana who does a great job there. We joined Vivi for the "Best of Valencia's Food Scene & History" tour. It was a great mix of history along with amazing food & drinks. The thing that I liked most about this tour was the authenticity. She took us to many places that we probably would have just walked right by as they were not your typical tourist traps. Instead, we were able to enjoy amazing, local food all while learning about the great city of Valencia. I can't say enough great things about Vivi and her knowledge of the food scene in Valencia. We had a group of people from various countries with differing taste buds. Vivi made sure that everyone on the tour was able to enjoy something to eat at each place that we went to.
