Coles has made some changes to this store since I last visited it, I don't think that they're for the better. It's quite difficult to find everything and the aisle labels don't actually indicate what's in those aisles. I must admit, I do like the order of their competitors store (Woolworths) much better, they get the aisle labelling right which makes things so much easier to find.

One Very rude checkout staff member who basically told us in wry certain termsthat she couldn't careless what we wanted because she was going home & laughed at us as she walked off. We explored this further with the manager & he was not in his normal head space because of some incident that had taken place in the store earlier. So he was pretty out of it & unable to fully function in the situation either though eventually he said he would speak to the rude checkout operator. I have to say that other staff have been helpful & happy to assist at other times. It is sad & not fair though that one rude person can spoil it for everyone else that works there today it totally spoiled our shopping experiece at COLES INNISFAIL STORE. Woolies will have all my buying power from now on because even when Woolies are extremely busy they still never fail to be polite & helpful with very competitive prices never rude. They always try to help.

Always enjoy the fresh treats from the bakery in Coles even though they aren't always open. Their customer service is second to none!

It has good prices and offers, but it frequently lacks essential products.

I shop at Woolies but like to go over to coles to get some stuff they don't have at Woolies. It's frustrating when you park down one side of the end and go into the second set of doors as you just have to walk all the way down to the front anyway because you can't get through, they block it off. Convenient if you wanna go to the freezer section to grab a few items like I have. The toilets there are really dirty and unclean.

No staff to help, rude and slow. Two staff doing the same job. Every shelf almost empty. Go to Woolworths

Good selection bakery and bread department, very poor fruit and vegetable dept. No idea why Innisfail woolies and Coles have rubbish fruit and veggie departments in a farming community? Any ideas? Below average diary goods area. Deli is just ok. Large pet food aisle! Overall a good sized supermarket with basic offering. Woolies not much better. Mission beach Woolworths or Atherton IGA far superior supermarkets. The attendant in the self serve cashier thinks shes a prison warden judging by her demeanour and how she treats us CUSTOMERS. Yes, believe it or not we are customers. You are there for us, not we are there for you.

Easy parking on one level so no ramps, escalators or lifts to negotiate. Fantastic staff & Department Managers. One of not the biggest retail floor area in North Qld. Produce ,Deli & Dairy depts areexcellent.staff always helpful.

Not our usual supermarket but good for a change. Stock levels down on many essentials at time of visit. Need more checkouts open when busy as still opposed to self checkout.

Thankfully, the Coles store in Innisfail stocked the items we needed to celebrate Christmas 2022.

Good range of products and friendly staff

A bit more expensive than the other supermarkets. Don't use them myself actually. Even they didn't have pickling spice. Most of their signs up the aisles were missing. Hard to find your way around.

Coles supply chain is disrupted and this far north we suffer many shortages. Couldn't buy Coles brand cornflakes this week. My local store so this is diappointing.

Good for a quick stop in or big shop. Most staff are very helpful and been there long term.

Easy to navigate. Car park is large, but can be tight. Easier than the woolies car park though, so can't complain. I nust wish the parent/pram parks were under some sort of cover.
