Spent much money for this service. 1st- 20% automatically added for below average service. We were seated at 2pm staff came at 2:05pm to say hello and didn't see her again until 230pm when she came with the water. Got a pitcher of water and never had another drink after that- no refill, no follow up. Then another staff come at 245 to say we have to move to another table cause this one is reserved. The Hookah came faster than anything. 2:55pm we place the order. Food came at 3:30pm and was toom temperature. Taste was ok can't complain just not hot. It was priced accordingly. 3:35pm after asking two people for utensils, I went to the bar to ask for some. Next, 3:45pm the check was brought to the table. We hadn't even eaten yet. She came to the table again to see if we signed the check. Asked for water she came back with a pitcher and a lemonade that was ordered with the food initially. To many staff members walking around to not have better service. Then I asked who owns this spot. This falls in line with the other spots they own. The set up is nice building is huge but quality of service is Not worth a second visit. Sorry I tried to support!!

First time there on Monday and we had a great experience. Place is clean, huge and spacious, great for groups. Our beautiful waitress Alondra was so attentive, friendly and professional, gave out great suggestions . We had the 5lbs for $25 crawfish deal and the crawfish was so good and the sizes were big! Everything we ordered was very tasty. They also had very good HH prices for drinks. Overall great vibe and we will definitely come back to try more stuff on the menu.

The vibe here is EVERYTHING! Today was our first time there. We were greeted by Tonya and she gave us a tour before seating us. She was very nice and informative! Our hostess was Varsha and she was amazing! She was very down to earth and informative about the drinks and the menu. The food and drinks were amazing. We jammed and sung the whole time. We definitely recommend this place as a go to!

The ambience in Southside is like no other; it’s so grand, interactive, and inviting. I was especially pleased with my waitress, Daja. She knew the menu well, made a great suggestion for the seafood pasta, and conversed well with me. 5 Stars for the environment and my waitress ⭐️

Horrible experience! Food is Horrible, same as the service! Ordered the $43 lambchops, actually asked for it to be medium well! They brought out this over cooked lambchops with some crazy sauce rubbed all over it! This is not lamb chops! Really disappointed with the food! My guy ordered chicken and waffles! Wasn't impressed either! Definitely not coming back here! Always getting disappointed by these black owned establishments, even as u try to support your own! Smdh!!!

I went with my Sis after work. I had a good time Taylor was our waitress she was very professional and attentive. The food was good and so was the drinks..I will definitely be back!

The place it’s huge and kind of quiet. I was there Monday for dinner and was not packed at all. They have a stage and looks like weekends are better to go there if you are looking for a more crowded experience. Great cocktails, seafood, and brisket nachos. The ribs were okay though.

Went here on a Sunday around 4pm. The service was great, but it did take a while for our bottle to come out. They also didn’t have our first choice for bottle service but everyone was really nice. We preferred outdoor seating because the ambiance was definitely better out on the patio. It was a beautiful day and the patio was definitely lit, so if you make a reservation…make sure to get the patio. The inside was cool, very much laid back though, like a traditional restaurant. For food, I had the wings with Southside sauce, chef’s kiss. It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! The server recommended this pineapple freeze drink and it was soooo good and beautiful. I had to get a pic of it, I was too hungry to get a pic of my food. Lol overall, I would definitely return. @MissMo2323

HOUSTONNNNN , I definitely will be coming back for sure but babyyyy , this was the best place I’ve been too hands down. The atmosphere ,food and music was off the chains. Bella our waitress was the most sweetest and most helpful person in there , she made us feel so welcomed and loved , big shoutout to her . If y’all thinking about coming here , don’t think about it just go !!!!!!!!

Had the lamb chops greens and eggs … SUPERB… seasoning on point, cooked to perfection..( that better be smoked turkey in the greens or I will be revisiting this post). Also ordered the Hennessy wings and waffles… hit the spot. The southside hurricane was awsome. Yazmine was my waiter and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I was satisfied for my weekly big meal, will be back

My server alexis was amazing! She was very attentive and took great care of us. All of my food and drinks came out tasting great. I really enjoyed the crab and shrimp. I had a great experience and we’ll be back to see her again!

We had the Seafood Boil with snow crab 🦀 😋 legs 🦵 😋 shrimp 🍤, potatoes 🥔 😋 and corn 🌽 😋 👌 🙌 😍, OMG, on the first visit, saying less was a perfect 10 out of 10. The Mr. chef "Eddie" 👩‍🍳 came out to ask how the food was, we all had to offer him 😋 our many thanks forba job well done. Shortly following both managers on duty (Sylvia and staff) stopped by and asked how was everything, many thanks to solid hospitality 101, they passed 👍 the test of GREAT CUSTOMER service by asking all the appropriate questions that made me and several of my closest colleagues feel right at home. After talking with leadership and the chef, we were invited to Southside's $2 lamb chops Monday's 😋 just when I thought they nailed it 👍 on the Seaford, they turned around 😀 and 💜 made me a repeating customer to come out on Mondays which were outstanding, there are not enough words to explain those lamb chops, since I was so speechless all I can say is both shoulders were raised and my stomach 😀 was smiling 😃 😊. Good food and service. *Be careful of the Slick Gratuity, plus more Hustle. Server brings itemized check with 20% Gratuity added. Then comes-back with your Credit-card receipt minus the itemized receipt for you to sign that says nothing about Gratuity included or place for additional tip. Hoping you didn't read the initial itemized receipt. If you don't pay attention, you could pay double tip.. When I asked the Server about the process, she stated the initial 20% Gratuity goes to the Busser, Cooks and Bartender...
