About
a
week
ago
I
went
to
Tidal
wave
Auto
Spa
in
Bluesprings
Mo,
where
I
had
a
membership
for
about
a
month.
I
drive
a
2008
C6
Corvette,
which
is
in
great
shape
by
any
cars
standards
regardless
of
it
being
15
years
old.
About
3/4
of
the
way
through
the
car
wash
my
car
alerts
me
that
my
left
front
tire
is
flat,
and
my
vehicle
is
leaning
to
one
side.
After
the
wash
is
over
I
slowly
pull
out
to
the
vacuum
stalls
and
get
out
to
inspect
what
happened.
To
my
surprise,
my
left
front
valve
stem
was
ripped
off.
The
valve
stems
are
set
back
into
the
rim
and
don't
stick
out,
yet
somehow
the
tire
shine
brushes
ripped
the
thing
right
off.
I
will
admit,
the
employees
on
site
were
kind
and
sympathetic
to
the
situation,
and
were
ready
to
call
a
tow
truck.
Before
that
happened
though,
they
contacted
the
site
manager
which
told
them
to
not
do
anything
for
me
because
my
vehicle
is
over
10
years
old.
Basically
telling
me
to
go
pound
sand.
So
I
had
to
Basically
remove
my
tire
and
take
it
to
a
tire
shop
to
get
it
repaired.
The
vehicle
has
TPMS
sensors
in
the
valve
stem
and
the
replacement
costs
$120
plus
tax.
It
would
have
been
more
had
I
not
jacked
it
up
in
their
lot
and
left
it
there
while
I
ran
around
town
to
fix
it.
I
checked
and
re-checked
their
web
site
to
see
if
my
car
violated
any
of
their
items
that
would
possibly
cause
damage
to
a
vehicle,
and
my
car
was
100%
good
to
go
through
without
the
concern
of
damage.
I
called
and
left
a
message
with
the
sitr
manager
to
see
if
we
could
resolve
this.
But
no
response.
So
here
I
am,
telling
you
if
you
have
a
nice
car
that
is
10
years
or
older
to
not
use
this
business
to
wash
your
car.
In
responce
to
your
response....
Why
would
I
ever
use
your
service
again
when
destroyed
my
tire?
What
an
illogical
thing
to
say.
I
wrote
this
review
to
keep
good
people
away
from
your
service.
I
saw
that
you
already
have
a
"F"
on
the
Better
Business
Bureau.
