The photos which have posted by someone else aren't even of this park, so don't take them seriously. This is a well-established park, designed very thoughtfully. Most of the lots feature a shade tree which, after 50 years or so, now offer a lot of beauty and comfort. Likewise, hedge rows and perennial beds are well established. The unique trailer alignment in the original design permits a much greater sense of privacy to residents than the typical row-by-row arrangements seen elsewhere. This park is clean, well-managed by an on-site manager who is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. One or more caretakers keep everything ship-shape. Even the older trailers are well-maintained. There is a nice blend of families, working folks and retirees. People are friendly: passers-by wave and dog-walkers chat. I'm not sure what other parks charge for their lots, but remember, they say that you get what you pay for! This place is clean, quiet and SAFE! I've never felt unsafe in any way the whole time I've lived here. Peace of mind is well worth paying for.

It has been a nice place to live up until the last six months or more. It used to be Seinor Living Only can't say that anymore, Lot Rent goes up at Least twice a year, we have to pay water and trash when we never did before and good luck trying to get in touch with management because as far as I can tell they don't exist, but the lot rent is due and payable on the first of the month.

We need a manager that lives on site. Never can get a hold of the manager. Our rent keeps going up and we need to get the roads fixed. Most of the people that live here are on fixed incomes.

Could be cheaper rent for the lower income seniors and disabled. These out of state people own it now and only care about the money. The park is getting trashed up by older trailers that have been moved in also. Use to be a very clean, nice, affordable, place for seniors and disabled people. Getting to the point they can not afford it. Needs more up keep. If your going to raise the rent. Pave the roads nice, plant flowers, mow the yards, keep the landscaping done.

Great place for the retired generation. All neighbors are kind considerate of one another. Privacy is respected and the community is very observant watching out for one anothers protection.

I have lived here four years it is a very pleasant place to live I only have one complaint with all of the lot rent raises and now after 3 yrs we be have to pay water and trash. With all of this it's still a little cheaper because you have to own your own mobile.

Update: I'm certain that these people have underlying issues within their own business. Needless to say I smelled something fishy going on. Certainly glad I pulled out of it. A terrible waste of my time. Give them silence and they will trip all over themselves. That 25.00 application fee..I'm sure they make bank with it. I got to look at one unit but she quickly told me there is a pending app. Alas..there is another one exactly the same..only a little higher rent. I'm not comfortable throwing away another 25.00 app fee and find out the other unit does not measure up. I'll check them later. I had my heart set on 59.

Nice people. Had coffee with family. I hear that the lot rent is expensive, wouldn't want to pay the price their asking.

Just took a friend through here to contact his friend. I choose not to live in one of these but I guess it's a decent place for those that would.

Nice quiet community. I went here as there was a garage sale in the area. Everyone seemed pretty nice That's neighbors were flocking to the garage sale.
