Way to go, Grandma! My family and I stopped by this shop a few days ago, and we left VERY happy. The sugar cookies are wonderful, as are the chocolate chip (plus they're quite large!) - my daughter had a double chocolate and said it was one of the best cookies she's ever had. Prices are excellent - there are day-old cookies available for like fifty cents per cookie - you can't beat that! Highly recommended!!

The chocolate chip is literally the best cookie I've ever ingested. These things are as DENSE they are delicious. I won't pretend to know the cooking process but it looks like they took an ice cream scoop that belongs to Hagrid, overflowed that baby with dough and then slapped it into some magic oven. 10000/10 will always go out of my way to grab some cookies when in the St. Charles area.

These cookies are insane! There has to be Crack or something in em😂 I've had so many cookies but these stand alone. They are so soft melt in ur mouth. Great flavor. Big. A dozen mixed was 9bux with a cute tin 16. Or just one for .89cents but yea right lol. These are 💥🔥🔥🔥 gonna have me ordering these online🥴😫🤣❤❤❤

We used Grandma's Cookies to cater the desserts for our wedding. The cookies were delicious and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make it a great experience. You really do not find service like this anymore, and it was so refreshing! I can not thank them enough for the great experience and delicious cookies!

Grandmas cookies, has some of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Every time I come here their is always a line. If you are craving a good cookie visit this place.

Upon arrival, the sweet smell of cookies gracefully sweeps under your nose. It was a little busy on Thursday afternoon which made me more excited to try these cookies! I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop here for a treat! Larry at the front counter showed great hospitality! My family enjoyed the chocolate chip and oatmeal raison cookies! Yum!

Such delicious cookies with a nice diversity of types. Also sells day old cookies at a great discounted price. But cookies are soft and chewy. You can't go down to St. Charles Historic Main St. without stopping in and trying the yummy cookues at Grandma's! The staff are so nice and very friendly, it makes a stop in very enjoyable!!

I have had many cookies in my lifetime. So have been so good and amazing. Still the cookies here taste the best. We love Grandma's Cookies, they are reasonably priced and are so tasty and delicious. It's easy to make them a Main Street tradition. I also love that they have gluten-free and dairy-free cookies, so my whole family can enjoy them! They also can be ordered in bulk and have become a go-to for Christmas presents and treats. Bonus they have a cute fall display out front where we took a few pictures.

The staff here have always been nice. I appreciate how patient they are when I bring my children or my friend's children with me who don't know what flavor they like. The staff allowed them to try several flavors until they made up their mind. The in-house made candy & treats are exceptional!

This review is based solely on my experience and my personal opinion. I was there on Saturday 8/14/21 and this was my very first time at Grandma's Cookies and here is what I think.... FOOD: I bought a bunch of different cookies just to try all the flavors. The Flavors are there, mild and balanced. Clearly they do NOT use any artificial flavors, colorants or any flavor enhancer just like many other pastry shops do. They do really taste like the Cookies that my Grandma and my Mom make. they taste homemade and handmade. What I loved the most is that the cookies are NOT loaded with sugar just like ANY other pastry shop does. my favorite was the COCONUT COOKIE, I genuinely loved it. The double chocolate cookie had melting chocolate inside, so cool and good. The only Cookie that obviously has more sugar, and you can taste it, is the SNICKERDOODLE. Other than that, ALL the other cookies have very little sugar, amazing! They have a variety of drinks available and beverages but I did not try any of that, so cant really talk about it. STAFF: a young boy and a young girl are there..... the boy is the cashier and the girl is the server, she tried to give me the smallest cookies of the bunch, but once I pointed that out, she just went ahead and swap them for bigger ones. other than that she was nice. they could use a little bit of a smile and they could be more welcoming. PLACE: very small place, it is just a grab and go kind a shop. they do not have a sitting area where you can enjoy your cookies or the drinks you buy. But obviously that's just how it is, no comments. At the very entrance, where you start the line, the room is tiny and to sort of create a path for the people in line they just placed a table in the middle of the room with random boxes of cookies that you can buy.... while in line you just walk around the table. CLEANLINESS: the place seems fairly clean, a bit messy but clean. PRICE: the Cookies are big, good and cheap! ALL of the cookies are $0.79 . 79 Cents for a good big cookie is not alot. CONCLUSION: next Sunday I'm going there again to pick up more cookies, definitely.

After hearing about the hype of Grandma’s Cookies, I decided to walk to the bakery today and finally check it out. The smell alone was wonderful and I immediately was greeted by warmth both from the cookies and the employee that was working! I just ate the sugar cookie when I got home and I’m already sad it’s gone but happy I have other flavors to try as well. Five stars! I went at a less busy time but can tell why there is probably a line out the door on certain days due to it being so good.

I ate an entire chocolate chip cookie all by myself. That statement is enough as my review. I am not a sweets eater. I prefer savory things like cheese and salty chips. We were on historic Saint Charles Main Street for the pumpkin glow. We stopped into grandmas cookies where there was a huge line. I was annoyed at the line but omg was it ever worth it!

Stopped in and grabbed a bag of day old cookies, and few fresh cookies. They were pretty tasty! Will definitely come by and get more when down again.

Grandma's is the best! We live 2.5 hours away and everytime we are close we stop in for a dozen cookies. Our favorite is the snicker doodle! You can also order and have them shipped.

My partner's job recommended this place to us, So we stopped by here yesterday. It smells so good inside and it's such a cute little place. The wait time was not bad for the line being out the door And the staff was friendly. we ordered a dozen cookies And we're so disappointed at first. The Peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies tasted like nothing but dough and chocolate chips. It was the oatmeal Raisin and snickerdoodle cookies that saved it. The oatmeal raisin cookie may be the best cookie I've ever had. We will definitely be returning And I would absolutely recommend if you are on Main Street saint Charles to stop in here And grab you a few cookies.

I visited my daughter there 2 weeks ago from Nashville, and she brought me in there. I purchased about 2 dozen, and 6 were given to me FREE! I love the atmosphere and you all made us feel like family. My daughter is heading back home today with 2 dozen, and I’m thankful for a new holiday tradition including your cookies.
