Ten of ate there on a Friday evening at 7pm. The staff were very attentive and our food was delicious. They coped well with our large group and the food was hot and well presented. The mixed starters for 2 was very tasty. I had chicken in plum sauce and really enjoyed it. The menu is extensive and I was spoilt for choice! During the Lockdowns for Covid we regularly had a takeaway delivered and enjoyed a set meal for 2. We love Chinese food and it's good to have a dine in restaurant on our doorstep.

The place is clean and friendly with polite staff. My takeaway was ready on time to collect and the food was delicious. Will definitely order again from here and maybe try the restaurant sometime.

Update to review: Great food but had our first bad experience with tonight. A wait time of an 1hr 20mins for even the starters while the kitchen were sending order after order out for takeout deliveries. The table behind us had been waiting over 2 hours. The front of house staff were apologetic but the owner didn't care. Let's see if it improves

I clicked chicken satay rather than chicken satay skewers....... I did enjoy it, it could have done with being a little thicker satay sauce though! Also ordered Thai green curry with boiled rice. I wouldn't rush out to order it again, the Thai green curry was very watery/fluid like, every now and again I got a hint of creamy flavour from the coconut milk but its not the best I've had. Flavours were good though so I cannot discount that!

Me and my Partner came here for the first time and was well impressed. The food was gorgeous and everything piping hot. We had the crispy shredded chicken which was the best. A house special chow mein full of everything, chips anr a curry sauce. We had a starter for 2 but asked if we could have it just for one person and it was no trouble for them and said yes straight away. Lovely fast service and great atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Will definetly be returning. Highly recommended.

It was overpriced and the portions were small. We paid 50 pounds for 3 dishes and it was barely enough food for 3 normal appetited person. You also have to pay for everything separate like chops rice etc. I won't be returning unfortunately

We have ate in before. Great. However we chose home delivery as it worked out alot cheaper. 1st delivery was great. Today was our 2nd. Food arrived really quick. 10-15 mins after I ordered online. Was it sat ready or does it just cook really quick? We ordered sweet and sour chicken with chips and ordered extra sauce (because we barely got any with our first delivery) The sauce was so runny it ruined the meal a little. There was no thickness at all to it. Just like pop. Chips were not great but chicken was nice. We could not finish the meal so feel like money wasted.

Had a takeaway from here last evening, have always gone to other places as I assumed that it would be a bit more pricey! I was so shocked on how good the price was and the food was 10/10 sooo tasty really really reccomend this place! Will have to make a visit in for a sit down meal

For the second week running we have been let down by this restraunt service is shocking ordered duck last week and got dryer up rubbish that was cooked a week before. And tonight after waiting almost two hrs for take away we were told we would have to waite a further 40 min

We went last night with a party of 9 food was lovely, we have been a couple of times and has been nice. We also had a takeaway a few months ago which we didn’t really enjoy but Decided to try the restaurant again and we wasn’t disappointed. Staff are friendly and polite .

Amazing food, quick delivery. They even swap the peas to spring onions for me every time! Cannot fault this place. We have takeaway but the restaurant looks amazing too

Nice food and pleasant staff. They do Thia as well as Chinese which is good. Very full menu to choose from. Food was tasty and piping hot. The day of our visit was very noisy but not the fault of the owners. This will not distract us from returning.

Cracking meal from China Lantern today!! Chow mein and ribs were the best I've had on a long time. Highly recommended people of Yorkshire!!!

Great atmosphere eating inside on a Saturday evening. Found it to be good value, has the hors d'oeuvres (mixed starter for 2) to start. Then a main each with rice. The total bill only came to £60 which I thought was good. Other diners seemed impressed with their food too. The only gripe is they don't give you a knife, just a fork, so make sure you ask for one before the food arrives. Service was good and would definitely visit again.

First time ordering. Was nice but I did pay for egg fried rice and got plain fried rice.

Staff friendly food average the crispy beef came out of the container as one big congealed block.also there was no evidence of any beef whatsoever also I collected this meal myself and only live 0.5 miles away so the reply is not truly valid

Best Chinese in Yorkshire. Staff are so lovely and polite. Now the only place we go for sit in or takeaway.

Went into restaurant for a take away. The food was beautiful. Told afew friends how good it was and they have started going there now.

Came to the restaurant for a date night & wasn't disappointed! Friendly staff, fab menu, decent portions sizes & good tasting food! Will deffo recommend & visit again :)

Came here for a family Meal to celebrate my Daughters Birthday First visit. Lovely delicious food some of the best chinese I have eaten Friendly service.We had a great meal.So I would have no qualms about recommending this restaurant we will be back.
