It is total scam! I paid 80€ for two nights in advance. Our flight was delayed so we arrived there a little later. When we got there, nobody opened the door and the code we had received before also didn't work. So we spend the night walking around London. The next day, when I tried to contact the owner, he just didn't respond anymore! Horrible, don't book it!!

Wir standen vor verschloßener Tür. Haben dann noch eine Gruppe angetroffen die ebenfalls für die Nacht keine Unterkunft hatte, da der Vermieter nicht wie abgesprochen erschienen ist. Wir waren also Obdachlos. BOOKING hat uns auch nicht geholfen. Also neues Hotel suche um 22.30 Uhr. NIE WIEDER!!!

Worst accommodation ever! Don't pay for something like this. Location was good though. However, Check in was almost impossible and we were lucky to meet another guest who showed us the facilities. I reckon it is not the guests duty to show other guests around?

The room was so bad and inconvenient and there is literally not like what you see in the picture. The owner of the house was really rude he even hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation . But the caretaker of the house was nice and thoughtful.

The actual worst place ever I would rather sleep on the floor than pay for beds full of hairs and stains(humain stains) the beds are broken. HORRIBLE PLACE DO COME HERE I HAVE WARNED YOU

*avoid this place* Extremely dirty, hair everywhere, dark colored stains on bed (supposedly new sheets), broken lamps, very very small (uneasy), rats outside the windows, broken toilet (makes unbearable sounds when you flush and the rooms next to it shake along with the toilet)... Unnecessary to continue as this should be unacceptable.

It is very bad, the room shown on net we're not real, the place is without any control and seems dangerous for familys or tenants. I exstreamly advice to avoid this place.

Good value and clean bedrooms. Great for weekend out.

Dirty, check in took over 2 hours to get the keys after owner didn't respond to calls and texts.

It was dirty, old and the service was disorganised. There was mould on the walls and no heating. Also, the CO2 alarm was constantly beeping.

A COMPLETE SCAM. do NOT rent a room here, we arrived later than planner because our flight got delayed and the door was not opened, when we were contacted by the owner hé send us a completely different adress for the accomodation, we are now trying to get a refund. But our phonenumber has been blocked by the owner, utterly childish behavior in an utterly stupid and unnecesairy situation.

This is a scam so beware! paid £200 for a few nights here, arrived on time, no answer. Phoned the owner who was obviously down at the pub. Told us reservation was cancelled and zero chance of a refund. Truth be told I was glad we did not stay there, the sight of used hypodermic needles by the entrance was enough to put you off anyway
