I visited the Organic Coffee shop yesterday with my 2 year old daughter. We arrived at 14:25 on 20-12-2021. We ordered 2 hot drinks and two toasted sandwiches to sit in. The lady at the front desk was polite and great with the service. There was a gentlemen fixing the coffee machine and seemed to be very angry. When we received our drinks I asked the lady if she could pour our hot chocolate into a take away cup for my daughter so that she does not spill. The gentlemen with the beard that was fixing the coffee machines shouted me for standing there and I explained that I'm waiting for the lady to pour my coffee drink into a takeaway cup. He said I must listen and when I was explaining to him I was waiting for the lady to pour it for me he walked away. We continued to eat our meal and I was upset. He also burnt the toast but I'm not complaining about that. When we left, I told him thank you and I said next time you must be polite to customers and he they started being rude again. he said if I want to review or complain I must do so. There was a staff change and when I asked the new lady at the front till for his name she said No. Absolutely shocking service from that gentlemen with the beard behind the counter. Racist behavior..

The coffee here was excellent. We tried their Ethiopian beans and a flat white. The coffee was one of the best I have had in London. Food wise we had the salted caramel brownie which was good. The atmosphere is relaxed and service is fairly quick even though the cafe was busy. If I lived closer I would definitely come back more often. Great cafe!

The coffee here is outstanding and the staff are so lovely. They are the only place around that offers a range of artisan coffees. The staff know their stuff and are super friendly. The industrial style decor is a great choice for a building that’s naturally quite dimly lit. Although it’s not in my favourite location, street wise - it’s fairly close to all the shops and it stands out as exceptional.

My fav place for a good cuppa coffee! Definitely one to be explored by coffee connoisseurs! Explore their drip bar or give one of their filter coffees a try. Perfect little place for when you want to escape the hustle bustle of the busy high street and enjoy a well-made cuppa by yourself ☕or with your favorite person in tow. Probably one of those hidden gems... Kingston upon Thames is better with this fab little jewel in it's crown.

They have lovely tasty vegan cake. Not much of pastries and cake verity, but those they have including their tasty lovely berry and pistachio cake, are very nice. Their coffee, is speciality. You can ask for many different origins,and strength, rather than normal everyday coffees you get from other coffee shops.

Did not disappoint! Flat white was good and baked goods light and tasty. Atmosphere of coffee shop very nice.

I passed by this cafe and it looked interesting. Beautiful coffee smell when you enter and you see the nice design and the very cheerful staff. I tried the affogato and my wife went with the mocha. They were very nice. Highly recommended

Tuesday, 5th Apr, 1:40pm One of the best cafés I've ever visited. Excellent customer service. Very helpful, natural and welcoming. (Gentleman with long-ish, wavy hair) Outstanding coffee. Received a drink that outweighed my expectations. Texture, temperature and taste were all spot on! The chocolate peanut brownie was phenomenal, too! Decor is a little bland, but the quality of drinks, food and service easily make up for it. . . . . Note to staff/owner: Dark wood flooring and dark grey walls make for a very elegant combination. The place feels a little empty, though. Ever thought of introducing evergreen plants to fill the space and add a little colour to the interior? ;)

The quality of coffee is exceptional with coffee from around the world. One of the few places that do drip coffee also. Worth a visit!

They are quiet up themselves when you ask them about their coffeee. Appreciate good coffee bean but attitude doesnt match unfortunately. They speak down to you rather than informative. 1 star for service and attitude. 1. Star for quiet a foamy coffee not micro coffee But they know their beans, maybe next time attitude will match the coffee beans

The best coffee place in southwest London. Coffee is great! One of the best espresso I have ever tasted!

A real coffee aficionado's hangout; when I went, there was four different choices of bean to choose from. The drip options, Chemex are all here. I chose the single origin in a cappuccino without chocolate, and it was a delight - perfectly made, and with a really complex but smooth taste. The interior has a modern warehouse vibe to it. This is the best place for coffee in Kingston that I have found so far. Very polite and friendly staff. The only down side is that the view from the window is just a drab concrete shop in a side street. Recommended.

Stick to the coffee and it's an amazing place. This is just a gem in Kingston. A tiny place but the staff is quite nice and quick to serve you with well trained Batista's behind the counter. The coffee is just flawless. Their main one is called JavaScript which has some special signature flavour profile that just elevates it above any other I tasted ( and I have tasted quite a few good coffee including admired ones like Monmouth coffee etc.) The only disappointment I had was the croissant I once tried which was big but dry and flavourless. So stick to the coffee and you will love the place. :)

The coffee in this place is amazing! I keep coming back because i love the coffee. HOWEVER, there is one staff who seems angry all the time. As much as I love the coffee I think I may have to move to a different place because this particular male staff (who wears a bun) seems very unwelcoming and extremely impatient. You don’t even feel comfortable ordering a coffee. One time he even shouted saying ‘I can’t hear you!’. Just several incidents like this. Such a shame really. I used to recommend this place. Please don’t mistake this for the guy who also has a beard, sometimes wear a buns, much skinnier though, but extremely friendly. Love seeing him there.

I visited this cafe after doing a little bit of shopping and it was the right decision! The people behind the bar were really friendly and nice and were happy to help. The homemade brownie I had was delicious and perfectly sized and the general atmosphere was amazing! Would very much recommend.

If you love coffee, this is the place to be. Small cafe, friendly and relaxing. Specialist coffee which always delivers. I lived in the area for six months and frequently enjoyed a Flat White. I also became a little addicted to the toasted banana bread, it’s delicious! Special thanks to Gary who always made me feel at home (sorry I missed you to say goodbye). Best Wishes to all the team.

A lovely if slightly pretentious (though in a good way) cafe. I stop there every time I go to Kingston. All coffee comes from a small scale specialist coffee roaster a few miles away a d the Batista's are excellent. I like the cakes and the presentation of the coffee. I particularly like that you can try different roasts and taste some variety.

The most important feature of a coffee shop is: Coffee. Beanberry ticks this box. It would be nice if they had more seating, but it's a warm space with friendly staff. Recommended!!

I love Beanberry - probably my favourite coffee shop in London so I always make a visit when I'm in Kingston. I regularly buy beans from their online shop too (JavaScript house blend or Wildcat). Staff are super friendly, always smiling, and the shop has a chilled atmosphere. The cakes and other bites are really good, with a strong recommend for the peanut butter brownie 😘👌

My favourite coffee shop in Kingston. Their flat whites are really good with a selection of coffee roasts. Their drip coffee are amazing, which have tastes which you have to savour. A really good independent coffee shop. Drop in and have a brew.

Really nice place, I always try and come by when I'm in Kingston. Glad the staff here have helped me on the way to actually enjoying coffee! Particular shout out to the American(?)-accented stafg member who helped me pick out a bean to take home and try for myself just before Christmas

Delicious local hipster coffee place. Best we have tried in Kingston and closest we’ve found to the brews you can get in town / east London 😋
