The service was poor here, Friday night. We were waiting a long time for our table to 'be prepared' (we had booked) but plenty of tables available throughout the night and then waited 25 minutes to be asked even our drinks order. There were multiple tables with old plates and glasses sitting there for the duration of our time here. The food arrived promptly, it was very nice food especially the pasta. Burrata very nice. The chicken milense was dry and I had to give my husband some of my pasta sauce to help him to chew it... Would prefer more vegetarian options on the menu, there were no options for secondi plates. The vibe of the place was okay but it was very bright as the lights were on high which was not very relaxing Staff overall were kind, and once I had complained about the service they were a bit better. They needed another staff member with them to be honest

Positives: Fillet steak amazing, nicely cooked scallops and tasty mixed bruschetta. Nice and pleasant service. Negatives: only 2 scallops for £13 is very tight and the seafood risotto had dead closed muscles. Interior doesn't match prices and too busy to cope with decent service. We didnt kick up a fuss as we still enjoyed our meal but the chef not noticing the cooking of the seafood in the risotto raised some serious questions. Dish refunded but surprised we didn't get a sincere apology from the waitress. We probably won't return as its only 70% there compared to pricing and expectation to be honest. An offer of a free desert or glass of wine wouldn't go a miss, they're just to busy on a Friday to think.

A true hidden gem of Wandsworth. Inviting, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and really good, authentic Italian food. I still can't stop thinking about the gnocchi special! Would definitely recommend. The price per person listed on my review is for starters, drinks, mains and desserts.

I have been with the family this week end, the atmosphere is amazing, the waiter is very funny and professional. I love the smell of the food when you come on in. The wine selection is awesome, the menu is changing and the specials are Wow!!!! The pizza is tasty and light, the price is regular, but the quality is top. The sea food and saffron pasta is very tasty!!! 😋 May be we wait a bit, but after that you tasted the dishes, understand why you wait: good quality and tasty tasty tasty food!!! They say from March they will introduce 2 offer: Tuesday 2x1 on the mai dishes when we have also starters. Wednesday 50% off an all the wine!!!!! I hear they want to open in the morning too.... we will see.

Not extremely authentic but the food was quite nice. I had paccheri with sword fish and aubergines. They were yummy and al dente (well done on this!), but the aubergines of that recipe are supposed to be fried, not grilled (I'm from Sicily so I know). The cannolo siciliano tasted good but the ricotta cheese cream was a bit too runny and the outside was more similar to a French pastry rather than the real cannolo pastry. The burrata was amazing. So was the breasaola and the bread. The environment is really cozy and nice (only bad points is very old Italian music in loop). The service was really good too.

Sometimes the last minute finds/ bookings are the best. After a day's wandering we did a Google search for dinner and discovered this small, Italian restaurant. Great find. The Tortellini alla norcina with sausage, mushroom and creamy truffle sauce was one of the best plates of pasta I've had.😋 Every plate was delicious (scallops, croquettes, seabass, tortellini, chocolate cake and tiramisu). The service was friendly, authentic and quietly efficient. Grazie Mille!

Absolutely amazing food, very well priced and fantastic service and hosting. Between 4 of us we tried 8 different plates and 2 deserts and all were amazing. The staff were super knowledgeable about the food and drink, recommendations were really spot on. We have tried a fair few places in Sirmione across a few visits and we all agreed this is the best place to eat in the region

Had dinner here at the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good Italian food and decent prices in a nice cozy setting.

Exactly as the title. The food was great!! The customer service was great and the portions were plentiful. Really enjoyed eating here and really do recommend.Was in the mood for a mixed grill. The shish kebab was a little tough. The lamb and chicken were delicious. Lovely fresh salad and flat bread.

Service was lovely, but the menu has been significantly reduced. They no longer serve pizza’s which I find unusual for an Italian. This used to be our go to place for a family meal, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Amazing place I have a lot nostalgia from growing up in here :D From what I've seen after my parents sold the restaurant they have made amazing stuff to it well decorated and the food looks delicious.

Delicious! Really enjoyed the food and wine. This is the battered calamari, prawn and courgette and crab ravioli with lobster sauce. Absolutely perfect! Loved it so much. It’s quite small but so friendly and better than a chain

Just returned after my fourth visit so think that says a lot. The food is delicious - great produce, reasonably priced and good selection. Everything is home-made. Recommend the pasta (especially tortellini sausage & fusilli arabiatta) There’s not many decent restaurants in London where you can eat & drink well for under £50 a head. It has the feel of an Italian trattoria and it’s run by an Italian couple who are so welcoming! Highly recommend it. Will be back many times in the future! Thank you!

We had an absolutely lovely Saturday evening here! Really warm atmosphere. Kind and attentive service who clearly care about the quality of food they produce and making sure everyone is welcome. Really decent price and great selection of pasta and seafood options, with my other half enjoying the seabass and myself having the best carbonara I've ever had! Had muscles to start, super tasty. Fillet steak with green pepper sauce for main was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten, so tender, beautiful. Home made panacotta for desert was lovely.

We waited 25 minutes for anyone to take our order, a further 20 minutes to receive our drinks, and then over an hour for our food. After waiting for the drinks, a member of our party went to ask if our drinks were on their way - they then hurriedly started making them. More fool us, I guess - we should've left after waiting for anyone to take our order. At no point did we receive an apology. We were aware of at least four other tables who were left waiting. A nearby table said that they'd apparently waited 1hr45 before seeing any food; "an apology would've gone a long way". When I approached the manager, she was, honestly, quite rude. She told me multiple times that the chef had it plated, the chef was running late, the chef was refusing to plate it... eventually she said "it's not my fault!" and walked away. I truly was not belligerent - along with multiple other tables, I was frustrated at our lack of service. When we eventually received our food, our meals were luke-warm - but we'd learnt by then to appreciate that at least we had food. One of our party received her meal ten minutes after everyone else. Again, no apology. We ordered the bill as we received food. Upon request, drinks and service charge were removed from the bill. She asked my name again on paying - I assume so I can be blacklisted as an unreasonable customer. She needn't worry; I shan't darken her doors again.

A truly fantastic Italian restaurant. The only bit of improvement could be the food coming faster, but they are a victim of their own success with the kitchen being overwhelmed with orders. A real local gem - well done!

My housemates and I are regulars here as we are extremely local - the food is spectacular and we can always count on an evening of entertainment if served by Rosario! Such a beautiful atmosphere and truly the best option for a dinner out in the area.

Really good quality food and friendly service. Good sized portions and very reasonably priced. The crayfish and crab ravioli was perfectly cooked and flavoursome. Highlight was the cannoli for dessert - beautifully rich and tasted just like a chocolate orange. 3 courses and 2/3 bottle of wine came to £45 with service so excellent value.

A wonderfully authentic Italian, the pasta is fantastic and there is a wide selection of pizzas too. They are doing a good job with social distancing diners and are participating in the eat out to help out. Couldn't recommend more highly, well worth a visit.

Restaurant had changed owners and is a shadow of its former self. Menu seems a lot simpler and with reduced options and some not particularly authentic Italian options (chips on a pizza). Service is appalling. Left after 30 after not having our drinks/food order taken and generally been forgotten about. Saw tables having their mains brought to table with starting dishes still on the table. Shame to see such a nice restaurant turn like this.
