5 star for the Cafe and the staff politeness and promptness. Hospitality upto the mark. Can take feedback positively. We tried Capicinno, Pink Sauce Pasta and Open Toast. All were good... Pasta had all exotic vegetables, we found salt on higher side. The staff came to ask if the food was good and took our feedback well. Rather than arguing about the same. A good experience.

Never expected a franchise of ‘The chocolate room’ with such rude staff! The franchise owner is very arrogant and rude towards customers and he will not permit an online meeting or an important business call in his premises. A premium cafe is not something just meant food or beverages. It is all about meetings, decent celebrations and business or professional meetings without any disturbances to fellow customers or the staff. If it is food or bevarages there are multiple options to choose, but spending more for same kind of stuff is for something beyond and important. But i dont think the chocolate room have that courtesy towards their customers. Better training in basic customer handling, empathy and hospitality are needed to franchise owners prior offering them business else their impact will be upon on the entire brand not just on the branch!!

Nice ambience and nice food There was no over dose of cheese which is very common here I loved the hot chocolate too It's rare to find such a spot in Morbi

Good Food items and also nice decorations with happy faces but one thing need to change that each and every table have water jug and glass for drinking water.

Varieties in frappe, coffee, thick shake. Best cafe in morbi.

This place is great in the town..!! Atmosphere is chill and cool also the staff's are really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and customers happiness is their main priority...Thank you Ravi ji because of you I got my delicious cake ready in 20 mins..

Nice little cafe in the city. One of the better ones. The food can be improved. Food/Deserts are not upto the "choclate room" standard. Have had better quality and taste of the same menu items in other cities' outlets
