It is multi specialist hospital. Best for brain, spinal, join replacement, trauma, cardiac and orthopedic surgeries. Clean and well maintained hospital, and the doctors and staff are also good.

The laboratory did the wrong reporting for my few days old daughter and because of false reporting, my daughter had to go through tremendous pain of unnecessary treatment. And the same report came as normal in other laboratory on the same day. Never play with innocent people's lives. I trust in almighty and all I want to say is the God is great and the karma will give you the lesson. Worst Laboratory of Kutch !!

Dr. Maulik Patel & team came as Cherubic ( DEVDOOT ) . They admitted me immediately and save my life ...They alI are GOD for me and My family . The hospital staff is very cooperative and very prompt in response. Best hospital in Kutch. Dr. Mitesh Modi, General Surgeon is the best Gen Surgeon in the area. All the staff were very supportive and helpful. Nursing staff is very experienced. They visit the patients beds very frequently and makes them feel comfortable and homely. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all wards. Doctor visits the ward atleast 2 times a day. I have seen myself that the night duty nursing staff does not sleep at all and they are available for help to the patients instantly.

It was good in terms of service though no cardiologist was available with them so after admission and keeping the patient for one hour they asked us to visit a cardiologist.

Greetings for the day users! Firstly when i talked about doctors they were very finest in there specialization . My father was admitted at divine life in emergency with an issue of Brain injury and hospital emergency team including Dr Prasad Temkar (Neurosurgeon ) & Dr Sandeep kapadiya (Anesthesiologist ) were handled the same very effectively and they perform surgery immediately after their general process. From doctors End hospital is having finest doctors. When i talk about rating from doctor point of view its (4/5). But hospital needs to work on trained nursing and House keeping staaf as facing lots of issue with respect to after care service specially in ward despite having Delux room . Thank you.

This hospital has the best doctors of Gujarat but the management and hygiene level here is very poor. Dogs keep roaming inside and construction work goes on in the upper floor. No one cares about cleanliness. And the service rate is also more than the big hospitals of Ahmedabad and Rajkot, but in the name of services it is not even 10% compared to them. 100% rating stars are given here against of specialist doctors only.

Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Emergency Service I recently had a very unfortunate experience, where my family member urgently needed medical attention following an accident resulting in a broken tibial plateau and collar bone. Unfortunately, the hospital failed to provide the emergency services we desperately needed, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of care we received. Upon arriving at the emergency department, we were greeted with a disorganized and chaotic scene. Despite the obvious distress and pain my family member was in, it seemed as though the staff was more preoccupied with their mobile phones and personal conversations than attending to patients. It was disheartening to see the lack of urgency and professionalism exhibited by the emergency staff during such a critical time. Moreover, what troubled us even more was the fact that no immediate medical attention was provided. The hospital neglected to conduct any X-rays or initiate any necessary procedures to assess the severity of the injuries. We were left waiting for almost an hour without any updates or indication that we would be attended to in a timely manner. This delay was unacceptable, especially given the severity of the injuries and the pain my family member was enduring. In the end, we had no choice but to switch hospitals in search of the prompt and efficient care that was desperately needed. The negligence displayed by them left us feeling helpless and frustrated during an already distressing situation. As a healthcare consumer, I believe it is essential to be able to rely on hospitals and their emergency services, especially during times of critical need. Unfortunately, my experience at this hospital has shattered my confidence in their ability to deliver competent and timely care. I sincerely hope that the management of this hospital takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future patients do not have to suffer through such a disappointing experience.
