customer service is professional and facilities are good. doctors are really hit-and-miss though. some were good (like ENT), but i had very negative experiences with a couple of the older doctors there (especially GI Dr. Tuong). it’s pretty good value, and fine for minor treatments. however, i would strongly advise against going if you have any serious concerns. the doctors simply aren’t that interested in listening, and have extremely problematic attitudes towards mental health.

This is the worst clinic ever. I had been visiting them as I was sick and the doctor told me that I could go home to rst and that he will send the precrisption by my email. The prescription by email never came while I was sick I had to call them yo chase them the whole day.. until the call center lady told me that they sent my prescription to the wrong email adress. I called them many time like during the whole day to explain the situation but they ended up to hang up on the phone 3 times. This place is a real joke and very unprofesionnal. I would not recommend anyone to go there, please save yourself and go elsewhere that would be much better than this place.

After reading numerous reviews about the place, I went for the first time. Found the clinic to be very pleasant. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. That really makes a big difference. Dr Chi was very helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff like Yến Loan and her colleagues were very helpful. The clinic is lucky to have them. Definitely recommend a place.

I have experienced the vaccination service here few days ago. Their nurses are enthusiastic and friendly. They gave me instructions and advice on vaccination indications. It's so helpful. I didn't have to wait for long time. Good service!

The clinic is cheaper than Vinmec, but quality of the service is the same. Moreover no need to make an appointment far in advance. I visited doctor to treat my flu, and I am quite satisfied.

Be careful, this place is a scam. Initial customer service can be good and polite, but.. They will charge you extra without notification, wrong diagnosis and negligence. Even if you ask the price of the consultation in advance, do not be surprised if you get surcharge without any kind of communication from them. You can read the same experience in other negative reviews. It's not a real Clinic. it's a place where they are looking forward for your weekly/monthly subscription payment.

Professional environment with many high level doctors. Quite silent sound and cleaning floor. High quality drugs were supplied by Pharmacy inside. Highly recommendation for private family healthcare.

My go to and favorite healthcare clinic in Vietnam since 2019. The staff and nurses are accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness is at par. I usually go to for ENT, Rheumatologist and Radiologist (ultrasound). Well recommended and reasonably priced services.

UPD: after leaving the review the clinic contacted me, we clarified the email address and i received the prescription visited the clinic yesterday, all was good, but they promised to send me the prescription by email and that never happened 🤦🏻‍♂️ even i called the clinic in the evening to remind, but no luck 🤷‍♂️

Warm welcome from the security guards to the receptionists. Clean clinic and there is no need to wait as long as you have an appointment. Highly recommended!

Their health check booking system seems to have problem. I already registered on their Google Form provided by them, but they said that they hadn't got my register and asked me wait for them to check for the confirmation after 8:30. It's wasted my time. Victoria Health Care will be not my choice from now on.

I come here whenever I need to see a doctor. Definitely, the best medical centre in Ho Chi Minh City. I usually make an appointment in the morning and can be seen in the afternoon. Miss Ngan (The Receptionist) is always extremely helpful and Dr Tin (gynaecologist) is up to date and knowledgeable. The pricing is great too and most treatments you can do direct billing. I highly recommend this medical centre.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this hospital. Not only did they mistakenly charge me twice, but their lack of effort in resolving the issue was appalling. Despite my attempts to seek a refund and providing evidence from my bank, they showed no interest in rectifying the situation. I will never consider returning due to this unpleasant and negligent experience.
