Like
much
of
Arches,
this
area
is
rocky
and
sandy
terrain.
It's
also
full
of
spectacular
views
and
the
only
other
place
to
get
water
aside
from
the
entrance
visitor
center.
The
route
to
Landscape
Arch
is
quick
and
fairly
easy,
the
whole
7-8
mile
loop
(depending
on
detours
-
Navajo
Arch
path
highly
recommended)
is
a
bit
harder.
I
did
this
on
labor
day
weekend
and
saw
some
kids
doing
it
in
skate
shoes
of
course,
but
definitely
recommend
a
full
load
out
of
water
and
sun
protection
at
minimum.
Trail
markers
are
small
and
hard
to
spot,
and
oftentimes
the
route
stretches
over
rock
cliffs
with
no
exact
path.
The
NPS
app
or
an
offline
map
can
be
helpful
to
stay
on
the
right
path.
You
can
also
look
for
evidence
of
scrapes
on
the
rock
where
people
climb
down
and
foot
prints
to
guide
you
-
but
keep
in
mind
they
might
be
false
trails
and
always
make
sure
to
stay
in
the
loose
sand
washes
or
on
hard
rock.
I
met
quite
a
few
slightly
lost
people
along
the
way,
which
is
at
least
a
great
way
to
make
friends!
