Beautiful shop and fantastic staff! I went with my best friend to view her dress and the treatment was first class. The dresses are all incredible! But the staff made the experience. Lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble; Holly and Karen are a credit to the brand. Would highly recommend!

Suzanne Neville should be so proud of Holly, Karen and Alex. All 3 women have given my daughter a wonderful experience of buying the most beautiful wedding dress for her to celebrate her marriage to Andy. They were approachable, kind, patient and generous with their time. Laura and I have never felt rushed and all 3 have been there every step of the way ensuring all went well. Wearing a Suzanne Neville wedding gown is every girl’s dream, Karen at Altrincham made this happen for me. It was 30 days before my wedding at The Goring & my designer let me down …Karen & Alex to the rescue! The professionalism, honesty & sincerity of Karen was outstanding. I was alone whilst choosing my dress but Karen relieved all my anxieties to ensure my dress was just perfect! Nothing was too much trouble, Karen stayed late for me and went above and beyond. I just wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to the girls at Suzanne Neville, Altrincham (Laurie, Karen and Marta). Before I even got engaged I knew I wanted a Suzanne Neville dress and I feel so lucky that I get to wear one on my special day. I travelled all the way from South Shields to visit the store and within an hour I had found my dress, I didn’t even bother looking elsewhere and still, almost a year later, didn’t see anything that came close. The girls have been so accommodating and flexible with appointments and taking my measurements and they just make you feel so special! I wish I could have been able to pop in and out more as it’s so fun having an appointment. The dress itself is such amazing quality and just worth every penny and the patience and skill Marta showed when altering my dress shows exactly why you pay that little bit extra. Thank you again girls and I will be sure to send some pics 🥰 x

Visited today, Suzanne Neville in Altringham. My daughter was nervous but we should never have been - from stepping through the door Karen made us so welcome . We had the most amazing experience choosing her wedding dress. Karen you are the kindest most welcoming and professional lady and we can't wait to see you again for her wedding dress journey - she is so excited and as a parent I can't express enough my thanks for making this an experience never to forget . Your dresses were exquisite and the quality of every single dress was stunning and surpassed anything we had experienced before . We feel so privileged to support a British designer and feel incredibly lucky to allow our daughter to find a dress she could only dream of . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🥰

Karen was an absolute superstar from start to finish! At my dress appointment she put me at ease and made it super enjoyable trying on different styles! At all my fittings, where as my family couldn’t attendI went alone, she was attentive and honestly it was like having a honorary fun loving aunty! The seamstress, who’s name I wish I remembered, was so lovely and supportive. They made the journey from picking my dress to finally picking it up a magical experience.

Before I even got engaged I knew I wanted a Suzanne Neville dress and the reality vs expectation of them was a million times better. If I could have, I would have worn every single one. The Altrincham store were amazing. I originally chose a dress in June 2021 but when the new collection came out I wanted to swap and it was no trouble at all. In the end I went for the gorgeous Penny and I can honestly say people are still talking about her now. It was the dress of dreams. I loved everything about my Suzanne Neville experience and hope all future brides have the same build up 🤍

I first visited the Suzanne Neville store in Altrincham back in April when I chose my perfect wedding dress. Both Holly and Karen have been amazing and made my wedding dress shopping experience out of this world. They made me feel so relaxed and we have been back today for my bridesmaids and momma in law to see my dress, once again they have made my experience so special and unique. I will 100% recommend to visit Holly and Karen when anyone is picking their wedding dress. I have only just left but already looking forward to returning on 7th March. Fantastic and personal service. Karen was just a dream to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and together with Alex the amazing alterationist I ended up with the most perfect dress I could have ever imagined! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Received an excellent service from Karen and Holly. After lots of stressful dress fittings (as I was unsure on which dress to go for and the clock was ticking). Karen was really patient and worked with me to do everything she could to make sure I had the perfect dress on the day, even staying back in the shop late to help me. I’d definitely recommend trying other shops first and getting a feel for what you like so when you get there your time can be used effectively; there’s so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Really miss the dress fitting appointments with all the girls! Alex the seamstress was so helpful as well, creating a video to show my maid of honor how to fasten me up. Could not recommend more highly, great service thank you girls!

I found wedding dress shopping really difficult. But not here. The lady (short brown hair) I dealt with was so kind and guiding, and I could tell she knew what would work for me, not just based on my body but on what I was like as a person. She made it enjoyable, she was complimentary and she just took away all the stress. I was truly grateful and felt so supported to make my decision. Thank you

I was so excited to visit Suzanne Neville in Altrincham and had been looking at their dresses online for months. First impressions on arrival the shop assistant was sufficiently knowledgeable about the dresses but not overly helpful. However I shocked at the filthy sample dresses on the shop floor! This is a high end bridal designer and I was not expecting to try on bridal with make up/tan stains on the inside of the dresses, the satin dresses also looked grubby on the outside. There was also only a tiny section of the back of the shop for trying on dresses, which didn't exactly make the dress shopping experience enjoyable. All round disappointing.

I recently visited both Suzanne Neville showrooms and I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had. My mum lives in Altrincham so I started off there, the girls are lovely, really warm and so knowledgable. But as I live in London I then visited the Knightsbridge showroom and it just confirmed that I definitely want to wear Suzanne Neville on my wedding day. The quality of the dresses are by far the best I've seen and the service is faultless. I'm so excited to start my fittings!

Absolutely fab! After postponing our wedding and having an awful experience at the boutique I bought my original dress from I can honestly say Karen was an angel!looking forward to 7th November when Suzanne is doing a measurement!
