Banging food, great staff and service my daughter absolutely loved it

Very pleased with my trip here, staff were very polite and fast working, all tables were cleared at a fast pace and nothing was left around for too long, the food was excellent (I had butterfly chicken meal with peri fries and garlic bread as the sides, the misses had 4 boneless thighs meal with peri chips and garlic bread + we had a beautiful chocolate cake) the chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the chips, bottomless drinks are a good addition with the meal which adds great value for money. The main toilets are a little hard to get to as you do have to go up spiral stairs but they do offer a disabled toilets that are easily accessible on the main floor, toilets are very clean and well managed.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Extremely disappointed. We ordered food online via the Nando’s website. We’ve been emailed to say our order has been delivered yet no sign of the order. I can only assume the driver has either stolen it or delivered to the wrong address. No one is accepting responsibility and it will take 48 hours for Nando’s to investigate. In the meantime I’m £60 down and no food. This is an absolute disgrace. I’m now unable to order more food as Nando’s has stolen my money. Nando’s this is incredibly poor service, sort it out!

Staff could do to smile a little more. They didn't seem very happy. The food was average and the atmosphere as a whole was okay but the music was a little weird

Nice little Nandos in the centre of altrincham. It's a good spot to meet friends for an informal spot of lunch. Everyone loves a Cheeky Nandos after all!! Staff were friendly, Food was on par for nandos. And the vibe was good.

Great place, easy to reach, good service. The only thing is parking is not available nearby . Very close to Altrincham tram station

We ate here three times in three days (twice take out dinner, once dine in lunch). My son LOVES this restaurant. He is coeliac and Nando's knows how to handle his food so it is safe. Finn was our server - and he was amazing. An asset to the company. Thank you!

That restaurant that looks very nice from the outside. but when we got inside we were shocked. We sat at a family table on the second floor. Tables, under tables, chairs, walls were very dirty, there were traces of ketchup everywhere. the walls were plastered and dust was visible. After seeing all this, I didn't want to eat anything although I was so hungry. I took pictures of all of them. I can add if I'm allowed to. Shouldn't a corporate company that does a lot of work have its place cleaned frequently?

Did an order for collection from here again & spent over £100 again, Lots of items were missing from the order .....again!!!! The manager did not want to send a driver for the missing items and we are only round the corner from the restaurant ....disappointing really for such a big chain, the food is lovely when you get it that is, surely it can't be that hard to fulfil an order which is for collection. Not the first time this has happened and will not be the last. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Shocking customer service.

Really disappointed, we were brought our mains two minutes after receiving our starters (we were with our young child so absolutely no where near finished). When I explained we had only just been brought our starters, the waiter said he would warm the mains up later when we wanted them. I was so shocked at this and said I wasn’t happy paying £40 for warmed up food, however when our mains were brought the mash had clearly been dinged and the burgers were cold. Won’t be visiting again.

AVOID! Terrible service. Made us wait 30 minutes to get a table and then the table they gave us was not even clean. Then me and my friends had to wait another 25 minutes for our food in which mine did not even come. Woeful service, some rude staff also. Shout out to the blonde lady working in the kitchen for actually smiling.

Lovely nandos, classic experience with nandos really. Feels more expensive than it actually is and the prices aren't bad for what you get. The staff were welcoming and it wasn't too busy in this nandos which I've come to be surprised by as they are usually rather full. Would recommend if accessible as there is no parking at the nandos.

Chicken can improve, is a bit dry, what is really annoying is how dirt was the toilets, you can’t even see your self in the mirror, I can’t blame the personal is just the administration seems that hire young people and don’t have a proper training, the staff was so polite and check several times but never smile and seems that they were tired… need to improve motivating the staff and overall cleaning even was close upstairs section was dirty.

Sadly tonight our food was not the greatest. The chicken was dry in the butterfly chicken and the sides were not hot. I also had to complain about a group of male teenagers who were vaping at their table. When we left, the males had not been spoken to by management even though 3 times a member of staff said someone was coming to deal with the issue. Not my usual experience of good service and good food. I was disappointed in nandos tonight.

We've eaten here a couple of times now and the food has always been good. If anything slightly higher on price than what it should be given the fairly basic chicken dishes. Overall though tasty food and good atmosphere.

Lovely food and was cooked well. Nice and hot. Staff possibly short staffed hence not the most polite girl working there but it looked like she was also the only member of staff they had. Main thing food was nice.

First time in a Nando's. It was ok. Place was clean, friendly staff, app purchasing made a group order easy.

I, like most people love Nandos and have been to a fair few. I've never had to wait for 30 mins for the food though, anywhere...

This is a great Nando's spot! The chicken was moist and the flavours were just so good! For anyone who hasn't tried Nando's definitely give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Probably fine for certain demographics, but honestly the whole affair was torrid. 'Extra hot wings' advertised while not even giving a kick - possibly even less spicy than the medium wings! Décor is disgusting and the food isn't much better. If you're going to go, make sure it's for a 12th birthday party - I can't imagine any other occasion where a trip to Nando's is appropriate.

Friend and nice food

Everyone goes on about the choice of spices but for me, being able to have plain, cooked chicken that tastes great is important!

Excellent staff and customer service. Food also first class. Only gave 4 stars as the app didn't work and had to go on to order.

It was great me and my two friends had an amazing time and we really enjoyed it. the manager Meg was so lovely and an absolute icon. We will gladly return again. They are all so helpful and kind 10/10 would try again x

Nandos never fail to deliver where ever it is. Food was nice and was brought out in good time. They allow you to order using your app or from the till. Sauces are still available to go and grab however the cutlery is brought out by staff. If you want mayo you can ask and they will bring some out.

Lovely chicken

Excellent restaurant but the main thing is the service is outstanding. The guys that work there are superb. Friendly and accommodating and generally just brilliant.

My food came really quick, service was good, just a bit small inside but food was great!

Very welcoming staff. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the use of a side door for take away collections. On a cold night, this brought repeated cold drafts. Aside from that, another good dining experience.

Friendly staff but food is very average. Chicken portion seems to have reduced over time and the number of chips / size of sides increased to compensate.

Long table with 2 people sat on one corner... Been told I couldn't seat on the other corner and had to wait for 45 minutes for the next available one. Sat on the same table on one corner, then another couple sat on the other corner. Do they know what they're doing?

In general decent experience. Couple of notes though: First, we were sitting on curved table. I had my son with me, and he was not used to such an arrangement. As a result he was dropping the utensils to the floor accidentally. Second, the rice in children's meal was the normal Nandos spiced rice. As such, way too spicy for my son. The children's meal was too large for my son too. Otherwise, thank you to staff for taking my little boy into account. Providing plastic cup was very helpful.

Always up to expectations.. We stopped over for a quick meal and it was delicious as always. The food was served pretty quickly.. I have no complaints. Finding a car parking space in Altrincham isn't an easy task though!

Nando’s number 1 fan but on this occasion Extremely disappointed 😢!! . Ordered a delivery directly on Nando’s website. Food not delivered after 2hrs. No one rang me with the delivery yet they said delivery was “left in a safe place “ which I never received. So I have no food, they have taken my money and now I have to wait 48hrs “for an investigation “. Why can’t you just call the driver to investigate this now, it’s 2022, why am I waiting 2 days?? Meg the Nando’s manager at Altrincham branch was very abrupt and unhelpful. Not happy! 😤
