Thank you, Miss Iris and Team! The grilled chicken sandwich was very flavorful. Chili and grilled cheese sandwich is a must try. We really enjoyed fast, friendly service. Food cooked to order. Best Waffle House in Mobile! We look forward to coming here again.

I hope Management sees this review - I visit this location near my office and every time I go, it’s such a great experience! This morning, September 28, 2023, it was one of the employee’s birthday (black girl named Raven). She was the employee who took and served me my order - just the kindest and best customer service. From the time I walked in, there was a white guy and black guy on the grill (hate I don’t know their names!) but their customer service was beyond great. From the moment I walked in, both of these guys acknowledged me, said hello, and when I walked out - wished me a great day. You don’t see this above and beyond service in many restaurants around 7:45-8:00 AM CST. Go Waffle House - Hillcrest Team, keep up the great work! It made my day being served by these three individuals.

A Culinary Delight at Waffle House: Joey's Exquisite Omelet! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in an omelet at Waffle House, and let me tell you, it was an absolute masterpiece that left me spellbound! What made this experience truly extraordinary was not just the omelet itself, but the incredible chef behind it – none other than the talented Joey! From the moment I entered the warm and inviting atmosphere of Waffle House, I knew I was in for something special. The tantalizing aroma of sizzling ingredients filled the air, and my anticipation grew with every passing second. Joey, the culinary virtuoso, greeted me with a friendly smile and an air of confidence that instilled an instant sense of trust in his culinary prowess. When my omelet arrived, I couldn't help but marvel at its picture-perfect appearance. The presentation alone was a work of art, with vibrant colors and an enticing arrangement of fresh ingredients. The omelet's golden exterior had been expertly cooked to perfection, teasing my taste buds and promising a delightful journey of flavors. As I took my first bite, I was immediately transported to a gastronomic paradise. The eggs were fluffy and light, perfectly encasing a medley of ingredients that harmonized in a symphony of tastes. The generous filling was a fusion of sautéed mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, succulent pieces of ham, and a blend of delectable cheeses. Each ingredient was carefully balanced, contributing its unique essence to the dish without overpowering the others. But it wasn't just the choice of ingredients that set Joey's omelet apart; it was the way he skillfully seasoned it. The seasoning was like a well-choreographed dance of flavors, elevating the entire omelet to a level of taste that I had never experienced before. It was evident that Joey had a deep understanding of how to transform simple ingredients into an extraordinary culinary masterpiece. What impressed me even more was Joey's attention to detail and his dedication to ensuring that every bite was as perfect as the last. The omelet was cooked to absolute precision, with a flawless exterior that encapsulated the savory goodness within. Each fold of the omelet was done with precision and care, showcasing his expertise and passion for his craft. In addition to Joey's culinary prowess, his warm and friendly demeanor made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. He took the time to engage with customers, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and valued. His genuine enthusiasm for cooking was infectious, leaving me with not only a fantastic meal but also a memorable encounter with a talented chef. In conclusion, Joey's omelet at Waffle House was a culinary delight that surpassed all expectations. It was an extraordinary symphony of flavors, crafted with passion, skill, and a dash of magic. From the impeccable presentation to the exquisite taste, every aspect of this dish was a testament to Joey's talent and dedication. If you find yourself at Waffle House with the opportunity to taste Joey's omelet, consider yourself fortunate – it's an experience you won't soon forget!

I use to go to this waffle house all the time, but over the last year they stopped answering the phone for call in orders. Each time I decide to drive over since they didn't answer, there are only a couple people dining in. They're losing a lot of business this way because I've discussed this with numerous people and everyone says the same.

I go to this location usually after work. The tall dike light skin girl is the absolute worst cook last night I ordered hashbrowns and a tbone well done it was hardly that!!!!! Red as hell in the inside. As thin as the meat is how can you not make it right. From this day forward if she's on the grill I'll be turning around. Price gouging on to go orders is ridiculous

The cook Josh and waitress KiKi are awesome. That young man can really cook and the waitress is outstanding. I only go when they are working. 💯
