This place is unique because a customer can bring their pizza home and bake it when they are ready. Unfortunately, we lost the store on Old Shell, but when I get a chance, I go get a couple of pizzas, and the family loves the freshness of the pizza. I've always been satisfied with my product and customer service.

First off let me say this has usually been a good place to get a pizza made and bring it back home to cook fresh later. I just had a terrible experience with the manager (Mr.Billy). I ordered one of the pizza bowls just last night. I called in this morning because I live in MS and didn’t notice it until late when we cooked it. So make a long story short I called the store and asked to speak to manager. He is the one who answered the phone. So I told him that I came there and purchased the bowl and they didn’t put my bell peppers in it. He asked if I had my receipt. I told him yes. He then got all upset talking to me telling me well I’m sorry I can’t fix the problem for u. It’s 24hrs later and that I should’ve been watching them make my pizzas. Also made a statement about he’s sorry if I don’t come back but he can’t help me. I do not like standing over anyone when they’re working because I don’t like it when someone does me that way. I come to Papa Murphy’s all the time and it’s a drive for me. For him to be so disrespectful was very upsetting! Be careful when you’re spending your money places because the moment there is a mistake they turn sour!

I must say I'm very disappointed with this location. I always order from other Papa Murphy and this was 1st time going to this location because it was down the street from my house. I ordered my pizza with no cheddar cheese and I told the young boy NO CHEDDAR CHEESE!!!! and he said ok. I get my pizza and he put cheddar cheese on it. They tried to pick the cheddar cheese off and cover it up with more mozzarella cheese instead redoing it but it was too much cheese for me to eat. I decided to order another pizza and I stressed NO CHEDDARD CHEESE and the young boy said ok and repeated back to me. He made the pizza and still added CHEDDAR CHEESE smh🤦‍♀️. He tried to pick the cheese off and added more mozzarella cheese to cover up his mess up again 😡 I left the store because I was frustrated. I decided to bring back my pizzas to be made over again. The young boy gave me a forced,and unsincere apology as he gave me my 2 remade pizza. I love that the pizza place is convenient but the the customer service of the young boy with curly brown hair makes me not wanna go there anymore. I was told by one employee that he has been making the same mistakes over and over again. Word of advice for this location DO NOT LET THE YOUNG,BROWN HAIR BOY WHO LOOKS LIKE HE'S IN MIDDLE SCHOOL MAKE PIZZAS BECAUSE HE CAN'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS 🤬

The pizza was absolutely amazing!! My husband and I tried it for the first time and loved it! The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was so huge and more than fulfilling. We ate for 2 days!! It was so good and to top all of that off the customer service was equally matched. This is a great place to go to get quality and quantity. Watch out big name pizza chains....Papa Murphy's will give you a run for your money!

This place is usually good, but my last order was a problem. I walked in at 7:40pm on Saturday. Closing time says 8PM. It was two young women working. They had already wiped down the counter, put away the toppings and rolled everything into the cooler. One girl was about to cash out the register. When I told them I needed to place an order she paused clearly annoyed that I came in before closing. I ordered an All-Meat pizza with pan crust. It took longer than usual to make, probably because they had to roll the toppings back out from the cooler and dig through the stack of bins. They made my pizza and I was on my way. The problem is that I did not get the pan pizza I ordered. I got a regular crust pizza with high sides. They clearly just stuck dough for a regular crust pizza in the aluminum pan and frankensteined on some scraps of crust around the edge to build it up the sides. The pizza came out way too thin with the outside crust lopsided once baked. I understand if you don't have the pan crust ready at the end of the day. Just say something and give me back the difference in cost? That wouldn't bother me at all. But I'm guessing she didn't want to deal with a refund since she cashed out the register right after I paid. I'm usually reasonable, but she had the opportunity to say something and didn't and it felt like they were whispering about me. It's not as if I walked in 5 minutes before closing. Disappointing.

I arrived at the location at 7:45 pm. I was told they were closed. I asked for the manager's name and number or a business card. I was told that information could not be given to me. I went to my car and filed a complaint online. I would hate to own a business where the employees are turning customers away so they can walk out the door five minutes after closing.

Selected the thin crust which was obviously a big mistake. Worst pizza I've ever had. Could've spent $4 on a pizza at Walmart and it would've been better. Young girl that made our pizza was like a zombie. Very, very unfriendly. Overall...bad experience.

We purchased a pizza last night from Papa Murphy's. It was one of the worse that we have ever had. It was made wrong first of all and then my husband had to tell them to add more cheese, meat and olives.......We have been eating at a Papa Murphy's for as long as I can remember and never had a worse pizza before until now. Don't know if we will be going back.

Pap Murphy's is one of our favorite places to order pizzas. Never had a problem with anything.

A friend of mine had gotten a special independent order pizza here and it was tasty. I liked the pizza with fresh mushrooms. When I went to strip mall to go shopping I went in to see menu and watch them make pizzas. I liked the fresh items they use for toppings. The staff is nice, cooks well and cleans well. The prices aren't low but it is good, fresh pizza.

Best Service I Have had all year Even when I was the picky. Adding in more stuff to the pizza. Or asking them to do it like this they never caught a attitude Instead they kept a smile on a face and opened the door for on the way out

I can't say enough about this place , from its always fresh ingredients to its hand tossed crusts form thick to thin, there is nothing bad I have not here. On this particular trip I came to get my favorite the Angus Steak & Roasted Garlic which I always add sausage and feta. The staff is pretty accommodating and the wait is usually not bad. Keep in mind they do get slammed. But what is cool you get to see them making your pizza as you wait and you get to see your ingredients. I cannot get enough of this place and will continue to support this chain. The options for your pizzas are endless and have gluten free and veggie options. Definitely give them a try.

First time getting this pizza to-go: it was absolutely delicious. Tasted fresh and was devoured! Only recommendation is to add more cheese before you throw it in your oven. 10/10 - highly recommend! Freshest pizza I've found in Mobile to date!

Gave me thing vs original crust and it was it was my first time so I thought it rise. Turns out it was thin crust. They said there nothing they could do for me. Bad customer service.

This was my first time ever going here, and I'm absolutely their customer for life! Super fresh and amazing pizza... pretty awesome cooking it at home, even more fresh. 10/10 recommend. You WON'T be sorry you did!

There is definitely a difference between stores. The pizza we had tonight, from the Hillcrest store, was not as good as the same pizza from the Papa Murphy's at Skyline. Hillcrest forgot to put the pesto and oil on it. Very dry.

First visit. Excellent service by employees. Fabulous pizza which I baked at home. Will definitely be getting pizza there again!!

This restaurant has changed our lives. It might not seem like the most luxurious thing to pick up an uncooked pizza and take it home and bake it, but I promise you will not regret it. This pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life. It's honestly shocking how low the prices are considering the quality. We were so impressed after the first visit we went back two days later to try a different kind. If you like pizza, you will love this restaurant.

This is a good pizza place. A friend gave me a nice special ordered mushroom topped pizza from them. When I was in the strip mall I went in to see menu and see how they make pizza. They have so many good fresh toppings. Staff is nice and helpful and can make pizza with your favorite toppings. Prices aren't low but pizza is good and staff is helpful and keeps place clean and nice. You may like to take and bake!
