Do not stay. WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. They tried to charge us $50 more than what we booked it for. First room they gave us looked like it was still occupied. Pull out couch had sheets still being used. Garbage throughout room. Second room they gave us had a woman’s name in lipstick across the mirror with a phone number with call for a good time written on it and not cleaned. Dirty, smelly, unclean sheets,rooms moldy holes in walls. No coffee pot or microwave. Refrigerator did not work. Smoke detector off ceiling and laid on table. Third room had a clean bed but still smelled like mold and not very clean. We slept in our clothes and used our own pillows since we had them with us and since it was late and they wouldn’t give us a refund. Left as soon as we got up which was early for sure. Didn’t feel safe. Locks on door didn’t look real secure. Pool had algae in it. No working ice machines. No breakfast. Pictures on Wyndham and other sites are old. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this place. It doesn’t help the Wyndham name at all!!!!!!! A hole needs to be dug and this place needs to be bulldozed into it!

HORRIBLE! I didn't feel safe at all with the people hanging around outside of the rooms and the condition of the room itself. The room was in desperate need of repairs! The toilet moved when I sat down on it! The toilet seat was horribly stained and needed replaced! The room door barely had a lock. The room didn't even have a refrigerator. Don't stay here! It is awful

***Do Not Stay Here*** This place should be shut down. Shame on Wyndham for carrying their name on places like this. It is Shady, dirty, so unsafe. Front desk lady was great but other than that the place is terrible. Nothing advertised is true. The pool didn’t work, no breakfast, yet they advertise it. Got to the room and the TV was on like if someone had been there. Room had an unpleasant smell. READ THE REVIEWS!!!! They are all true. Side note, If you are women traveling alone or have children… DO NOT STAY HERE as it is quite unsafe. We were pre assigned a specific room (#114) by the manager. Wouldn’t surprise me if there were hidden cameras in it. Did not stay one single night cause I felt that unsafe.

The rooms are very old from the website picture. (Think motel 6) looks nothing like them. And they hold a very old room smell. I was lucky enough that the lady at the front desk was very nice and let me see the room before staying.(I guess they had a few other people get refunds cause of the room from the conversation I heard) and I'm glad I didn't waste her time or mines booking it.

The WORST and nastiest hotel I have ever been to, there were shards of metal all over the floor, horrible stains and smell, BAD WATER DAMAGE IN ROOF, no blankets on the beds, wholes in the bathtub and roaches!! I sat my to-go box of food on the counter when we walked in and the bugs immediately came out… we had 2 rooms, both horrible!! We were there for 5 minutes and left to go some where else.. if I could give negative star reviews this would be the first..

I made reservations through Priceline and I asked to see the room before check in. The staff member walked to one of the rooms, and it was filthy. The floor was not vaccumed, the comforter, sheets, and pillows were dirty. She said that she didn't have any cleaned pillows nor linen. I did not accept the room. So they called the owner "Rupal" . She's yelling and screaming over the phone worried about me recording her staff. However, I explained to her that I had problems with her staff, it was her nasty, filthy hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. And she knows it. Priceline was on the phone with me throughout the heated exchange. They knew that I didn't accept the room, but will not give me a refund. I feel that both Wyndham and Priceline is fully aware of their franchisees poor housekeeping and bad customer service, which is the reason for their "no refund" policy. I have a case number with Priceline and gave it to my credit card company and attorney. Do not book at this roach motel. It is a biohazard. I will also alert the Mobile County Board of Health. When planning trips, book directly with the hotel of your choice. Avoid third party booking sites, and avoid Wyndham's lower rated franchises. If it's lower than 4 stars, ITS A DUMP!

Has to be the nastiest hotel I’ve ever “stayed” at. Lady at the desk was nice enough, went to make sure the room was clean, came back 10 mins later and said it was okay. I walked in and immediately walked out. Giant hole in the wall, floor hadn’t been vacuumed, broken lamp in the corner, I’ve slept in nicer trap houses. Under no circumstance should you stay here, spare the extra $10/$20 for anything else. Check pics.

This is one of the worst most run down hotels I have ever been to, and I have traveled and been to a lot of hotels. Do NOT stay here! Just awful! The gentleman was kind at the front desk. They have no breakfast, no pool, the building is in complete disrepair. No microwave and the fridges are old and falling apart. Do not stay here! There are much better places for a few dollars difference. I should have read the reviews better. This one ended up being the worst of them all!

Disgusting and disturbing! I am surprised that Wyndham would even have their name associated with this filthy place. The four cars in the parking lot with one being on jacks was our first indicator that something wasn’t right. The adjacent hotel parking lots were packed! We had booked and paid through Priceline. Upon entering the lobby, we observed the furniture torn and stained and the carpet was sticky and stained. There was an unclean smell throughout. Not thinking it could get any worse we entered our room with reluctance. The wallpaper was torn and stained. The carpet was filthy. There were only sheets on the bed with no blankets. There were three little square pillows for two beds. The AC appeared to be broken. There was a fried food/mildew stench permeating and the furniture was broken. We were to afraid to even look in the bathroom for fear of finding a dead body (not exaggerating). The advertising photos for this motel are VERY misleading. They must have been taken right after it was built. Some of the doors from the outside were busted. We chose to stay in our car in a safe location than to stay one more minute there. We were very lucky that Priceline gave us a full refund. Had we stayed we felt like we would have been on the 6:00 evening news the following day or an upcoming crime show. We were approached by a homeless woman inside the lobby asking how long we were staying, what room, were we from out of town, etc. This was a valuable lesson to read the reviews prior to booking.

Front desk was nice and quickly checked us in, but the room however was in a horrific condition. Stains all over the carpets, parts of the walls falling apart, stained sheets. The room did not feel safe or secure in any way. All around pretty terrible experience.

Location is great. Service was great, easy fast check in. The room is set up spacious and would be nice however the room stinks lock for door is broken, roaches crawling on walls and on mattress in the couch bed, holes in walls. Ceiling is falling in spots carpet is nasty and wet, garbage under beds, no comforter on beds only sheets, sheets covered in yellow stains, random black hairs laying on bed sheets, lamp shades have been colored on. Some type of white substance on one wall and in the floor, wires hanging from smoke detector in part of the room. Walls are nasty with black and yellow stains on them, tub is nasty with hair hanging off the side of it. Curtains are so nasty they look like they have been unwashed for about 30 years, no water in pool, and no breakfast but it's posted that it does serve breakfast. It's so nasty here i wouldnt eat any food here though. If I could afford to go somewhere else we would definitely be leaving and we just got here. Will never be back here Barely reaches a 1 star

It was cheaper than it could have been but there was no towels I had to ask for them, no lock on the door ... Scary . Lady and man was nice that worked at the front counter. Very cool lady . But the room was filthy , no towels etc.. no TV witch she warned me and I said yes because it was booked I guess so I was tired and okayed it . Floor was sticky( carpet) and no blanket!!! I had no blanket. I already bother them about the towels I'm not gonna bug them again even though it's there job to get me a blanket. So people were nice and everything else sucked. I want to add a picture of the door but I got to go to sleep 😴 goodnight

The only reason we stayed was because of Sylvia at the front desk, wonderful customer service with an amazing heart. The pictures are deceiving for this location, the pool looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Very shady activity going on in the rooms, not family friendly.

The woman checking me in was nice, but in the first room she offered me, I had to reject. She had warned me about previous water damage and said it had been cleaned. Clearly, it had not been cause it hurt my eyes and lungs as soon as I opened the door. They moved me next door, and I accepted being tired from a long road trip. The smell of smoke was bad, being it was a non-smoking room. Check out the pictures. On a positive note, there were room unavailable due to a makeover, or so I was told. Oh, the one with pee in the toilet bowl, it was there when I arrived.

This has to be the worst hotel i personally have ever been in. The description of the hotel says continental breakfast is served every day. This is a lie, no breakfast on Sunday mornings. The pool is closed and the water is a nasty dark green. Cigarette buts under the bed (all rooms are non-smoking). Didn't even get a trash can in the room. Nasty stuff on the walls. Killed a cockroach last night. Fridge has something leaked in it and not cleaned up. Towels and sheets have stains. No remote for the TV. There isn't enough time in the day to continue this review. Nothing is as it should be.

This is a 1st of the month Crack house. Believe me or not. I wasn't able to force myself to stay. Rooms were horrible went into 2 different ones. Roaches, filthy sheets, broken beds, house keeper should be ashamed. The smell alone was awful.

The staff was nice but not very professional. The hotel is very very run down especially for the price they charge. The first room they gave us smelled awful! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months , the power cord was missing from the TV and I killed and bug that I'm pretty sure was a roach. The second room smelled better but the bed was broken and the mattress was sunk down in the middle and the phone cord looked like it had been yanked out of the wall. If we hadn't been 4 states from home and broke down there is no way we would have stayed. If I hadn't already paid for the room online and could have gotten a refund I would have just slept in my truck.
