Went and saw Taylor Hicks, and he was good. The opening acts were not what we liked but others probably feel differently. Parking around the venue is free and it was fairly simple when we went. A couple blocks away is a nice downtown area with small business shops. We brought a our chairs and our coolers in on a small wagon and had no issues. Bugs were not an annoyance and we had no issues other than a couple rude people cutting lines or standing in front of you during performances. For sure worth the adventure.

Roll in the hay was really good. Roman Street was excellent. The weather was perfect. The sound engineer favored bass and drums and drowned out some of the best music. The pet friendly event attracted dome people with pets unsuited to a crowd with other pets.

Went to watch Blues Traveler. Lots of people and a great vibe. Could have used 3 more food trucks.
