There was so many roaches in this place we went and bought spray sticky pads and the electronic pest control plug-ins did not stop the bugs. Says online laundry available not true broken out of order. Housekeeping not once knocked on our door to see.if we needed clean linens or anything. There was some crazy people screaming all night long very loud arguing cops was eventually called after a few nights. Dirty nasty place they do nothing there lazy. The staff sleeps on the job. Not snack machines as stated online. Just all around horrible should be shut down!

I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after I left here. It was so bad and dirty even outside

Roach motel!!! Got one noise complaint stayed two months and the cops came and kicked me off the property! Worst experience ever notel 6 is better than this , got moldy pics and Roch videos I have COPD and my granddaughter, asthma and have two small grandchildren staying with me.Never had the sheets cleaned or towels changed worst experience ever. I am a vet and am retired and had better days in the army. Never again worst motel ever.

It wasn't in the best shape, but it was half the price of every other hotel in the area. A little personal touch and it was just fine.

The worst place I've EVER stayed. No service at all. No towels, no wash clothes, no blanket luckily I had all those in my car. Only 1 person knew how to program my rm key and they were only part time. The place was Over run with roaches. I spent over $75 dollars on bug spray. I would've left but there's absolutely NO REFUNDS and at the time i didn't have the funds to move at the time. My advice is... DON'T DO IT.

My door wouldn't lock/close first night. I wiped down everything with disinfectant and swept mopped. I really couldn't tell if. Comforter was clean. A lot of questionable people around. They never offered to clean like I was told. Almost $300 for a week rate. It did have microwave and fridge but tv remote wouldn't work even after I bought more batteries. None were up front. Then more doorknob issues.

Ok I gave it one star only because I couldn't give it 0 and leave a review but this hotel needs shut down I rented a room for a week and it's been a night mare.the first room I got had roaches so bad I stayed outside all night and they finally moved .me the next day but that room was infested with bed bugs and they are refusing to move me to anotherroom or give me a refund so now I'm stuck with a room that I can't stay in and all of my stuff is infested with bed bugs would not recommend to anyone they will take your money and then disappear

Absolutely disgusting!! When I first got here and checked the room out, It looked nice at first glance. But then I saw a few cockroaches. It was fine since I was used to them but when I went to the bathroom. Oh goodness!! The bathroom was incredibly small and bathtub was filled with roaches! Mold on the wall. A few weeks in my stay, I heard gunshots. Turns out a man had been shot!! You also smell weed when you walk pass peoples rooms. A week or two ago, my door handle came off! They fixed it but it still doesn’t work properly!! People having to crawl through their air conditioning to get in there room is ridiculous!!

I would recommend deep cleaning the room beforehand. They are pretty gross but it's cheap so it's kind of expected. You have to ask for toiletries and towels because there aren't any in the room and the bulb was out in the bathroom. There were dead bugs all in between the mattress and the box spring. But it's in a good location and you can walk to the gas station

The rooms have bed bugs and even if you rent one for a week they will not give you a refund or move you to a different room

The fridge was not clean, nor the room itself. They don’t come and clean the room nor do they change the sheets or give you fresh towels. I’m disabled and I sat in my room calling the front desk and they don’t answer at all. You have to provide your own trash bag/ garbage can and take it out too. Terrible service. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned and serviced, I had it on the coldest setting, and it blew cool but not cold. The filters are dirty. I also told the property manager about issues and nothing was done. The water gets hot when you need to wash your face, shave, or shower but other than that, it’s not a nice place and you’d be better off at one of the surrounding hotels 🏨 in the area. I would never advise or recommend this place. I would give it 0 stars

Okay give it it three stars because I can't give it two and a half which is what I would give it and the only reason I'm really giving it two and a half stars is because of the workers they are actually awesome and really nice. And they deserve a good rating but the hotel itself gets a star. A lot of the rooms have bugs in them I mean have actual living running down the wall cockroaches. Depart that I've been staying in doesn't have any bugs in it but my refrigerator don't work correctly and it's cost me to lose a lot of money over my food going bad. And we've been without Wi-Fi and table TV for a month now.

Roach infested, wifi not in everyone's room, timing on requests not as quick, takes from 1 week to a month for a person to get a light bulb, homeless people stay everywhere, banging on the walls, I mean there are children who need to go to school and last but hopefully not the least loud booming music and cops called day and night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!🤬

Quarter of a star. roach infested, broken AC, Horrible customer service, Paid for a room and left an hour and a half later nonrefundable. I would suggest elsewhere maybe red roof inn right next door.

We asked for some towels they told my boyfriend there wasnt any at the time..Later he saw some towels on the cart outside and grabbed a couple off of it and brought to room..Next thing i knw im in the shower when employees bang on the door extremely hard and loud..trien to open door.. so i get out of the shower and open the door and their screaming and yelling that we got to leave cause my boyfriend stole towels!!! I had to call my boyfriend to come home from work so we could move out right that min!!said if we didnt leave right then they were gonna call police. We lost our deposit and we had jst paid for that week and it was embarrassing...wouldnt recommend.

If I could give a zero on everything I would. The a/c was horrible, tolded me it was a king size bed an wasn't an that there was a sofer sleeper but it didn't have a Mattress. So I got charged for that luxury. There was someone's clothing outside the door which stunk bad that they put there from the room but never got rid of. I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend anyone else to sleep there.

Customer service is horrible. One front desk worker threw my key to my room at me after I had asked for another since it stopped working. Needs pest control bad. The AC window unit in the room literally isn't pushing out any cool air consistently. Thats sad because its summer time in Alabama Plus the WiFi&Cable goes out every couple of minutes so working remote is very difficult. Im Still currently here because I paid $300 for a week but really wish I could get my money back because the overall vibe&conditions are poor. If i could give no stars i would
