My daughter and I signed up a couple years ago when we were looking for something local to pick up as a hobby. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions that we've made so far, it's turned into so much more than just a hobby. Remedy BJJ has been more than an asset to my training. They serve all levels and maintain a safe, family friendly environment. It is a safe space to learn and grow in your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. I have made so many friends and training partners here. I love this place !!! Realistic self defense training and all the instructors are Great. I wish I would have went to this Gym before spending so much time in other gyms. I tried it out and me and my kids love it. Team Reamdy Rocks !!!!!!

Great instruction and fantastic community! I was visiting my son in Pensacola for the last week and had the opportunity to train two nights. I am a competitive black belt from Arizona and believe anyone dropping in or planning to give BJJ a try...THIS IS THE PLACE.

If you want to become more than you have ever been, healthy, confident, happy, part of a real team. These guys are THE Best period. BJJ- some gyms don't have 1 real black belt, they hold 4. All great teachers and human beings with different styles and approaches to combat. I have never had coaches that care as much as these guys do about your well being and growth. On top of that Kickboxing ( absolutely awesome coaches) shuai jiao and wrestling, I'm staying with Remedy as long as possible.

We were lucky to come thru & take a morning class during a vacation. The Academy is welcoming & the instructor & team members were friendly. Great clean atmosphere & look forward to coming back.

My husband and I dropped in for a regular class while on vacation. Very professionally run and it reminded us of our home gym. We happened to drop on during a self defense focused class. It was great and a good reminder of what the sport is actually about. Sometimes I think gyms can get caught up in the competitive scene so it was refreshing. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
