I recently had the pleasure of trying out the food truck Wakin’ Bacon and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped up to the window, the friendly staff greeted me with a smile and walked me through their menu, which was filled with unique and delicious options. I ended up trying their signature dish, the "Bahn Mi" sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was flavorful and tender, and the pickled vegetables added just the right amount of crunch and tanginess. The portion size was generous and it was evident that they used high-quality ingredients. In addition to the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. They even took the time to recommend other items on the menu that they thought I would enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend Wakin’ Bacon food truck to anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience. Their food and service exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning for more.

This was a perfect road trip oasis! Quick. Friendly service and legit tastes like it wasmade with love in your mom's kitchen (food truck) food. We were big fans of our grilled cheese and blt. Cute, simple and plenty of shady seating!

Fabulous breakfast food and probably the best hamburger I have ever eaten. Local sourced beef. We stopped here after an afternoon in the Badlands. Worth your dining dollars.
