My grandmother was hospitalized, and they discharged her at 10:00 am and still at 5:15 pm in the afternoon we had not received the bill. wait so many hours for an account.     I can't believe how they play with people's time here, how is it possible that in the sonography and echo cardiography department at 8:30 in the morning not even the secretary arrives yet and to make matters worse they charge additional money supposedly for a kit of protection, the truth is that I do not understand how they work, in my perception it is very bad service. I only find that they have good doctors and the secretaries are very kind and considerate of the patients.

    A terrible secretary and an irresponsible Neurologist "Ivan Mercader". Enough of the shameless doctors who do not respect other people's schedules, the worst customer service I have ever had, I call to ask for the doctor and they tell me come at 2pm and they close the call, come at 2 and They tell me that I signed up (As if the young woman closed my call, at 3:30 I complain that because the doctor has not started calling the patient and he has not arrived, at 3:41 he called that he is on his way in 30 minutes on average, then customers do not deserve respect and they should be asked to apologize for poor service. Even with the cash collection system, with the notebook and the secretary chatting oblivious to everything. If the administration is concerned in the situation is true, do something, enough is enough.

    Dejaron a mi comadres desde la 3 de la tardes con un sueros y sentada en una silla desde la 3 de la tardes asta la 8 de la noches y todavía es la otra y ella sentada eso es un abuso lo que está asiendo con la gente por eso es que la gente se ponen más malo por que no tiene la antecion nada por eso es que no boy a esa clínica nada

    Urologist Juan Lopez is an expert, he helped me with all my dysfunctions and in a surprising time, highly recommended, I do not post photos out of discretion.

    Accompanied a family member here while on vacation. They have some great doctors, which is why my family still tries to stay loyal to this clinic but they need to improve their systems. It took over 4.5 hours to get an X-ray, more than 2 of those hours were just waiting for someone to verify the patient’s insurance 😣 and they sent us across the street and back again several times. Mind you, I was accompanying someone on crutches!!!

    They saved my sister from misdiagnosed appendicitis at another medical center and they also operated on my nephew for the same thing with great professionalism. They have great doctors and staff, but they need to improve reaction time (they spend hours before serving you) and they need to improve the hygiene of their rooms and bathrooms. I give them 4 stars because they have very good doctors but there is room for improvement in other areas. l

    Regarding customer service. (I want to be clear that I had no problem with the doctor who treated me, Dr. Iris Suazo Hernández. Excellent doctor and very professional) 1- I think they should implement that both nurses and agents who are in service positions show themselves with a more pleasant attitude. 2- the agents who are monitoring the ambulance parking lots and clinic parking lots. Unfortunately I received very bad treatment. I understand that each person has their personal situations but when working, due to issues of professional ethics, the agent should not burden the client with their bad attitude and problems. I am very patient and for the same reason I do not create a conflict but the agent who treated me in a bad way only needed to hit me two more times to break the glass of my car because according to him he touched me twice like other people and I heard it (I didn't hear it because I was listening to something another security agent was explaining to me regarding parking). 3- Waiting times in the authorization area. The four girls who are at the counters giving “service” honestly, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, inefficient, they address customers in a bad way, in summary for these points mentioned I would not recommend anyone to attend this clinic.
