(Translated by Google) Cola De Pato Tours is NOT a tour operator, so forget what organization is or even the desire for it to be a pleasure trip. They are simply young men with a WhatsApp number, who will take them to the river and tell them where to walk to avoid breaking the mother. They were punctual. The guides did not have a professional image: one (the one who took us from a lifeguard store to the starting point of the crossing) was hungover and mounting the engine like crazy, the other (the guide) was trying to calibrate it on the way back of the journey. Not that we cared how they drive, but imagine you go on a tour and the guide gets killed...... Not being professionals, we entered a puddle and went out so fast to the next one, that we did them all from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, including the time of travel that added up is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. They should make each puddle a pleasure for at least 1 hour. The food tasted good, although we should have compensated with something.

Nice staff. Beautiful once you get down but the trip down to the river is very extreme it takes atleast an hour down it’s extreme in the way that you have to grab onto rocks, the floor, trees and things like that in order to continue the trip wouldn’t really recommend but it’s something to do one time and not again.

(Translated by Google) An extreme adventure to one of the most fascinating and least known places in the Dominican Republic. The tour on foot begins by crossing a farm and descending to the river for about 40 minutes, from here on we will pass through waterfalls and puddles before reaching the iconic Cola de Pato, a waterfall about 8m high. This is followed by La Paja waterfall where we can drink drinking water directly from the mountain and then the last waterfall is Charco Largo. We will return to the starting point climbing the steep hill for about an hour and a half. This tour is for adventurers, people who are not afraid of jumping high jumps and people with a good physical condition capable of climbing a very steep hill, people who enjoy nature and the waters with the most beautiful color here in DR. This place has remained virgin due to its difficult access. KNOWING TO SWIM IS NOT MANDATORY! We have life jackets for everyone and a team that will be watching over your well-being.

Very beautiful virgin river. I didn’t get to see the other side. However this tour is for someone who likes hiking or extreme sports.
