I have been here twice now and the first massage I had was great! However, I went in for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and it was not as expected, and is advertised poorly. I essentially paid $50 to have someone barely touch my body, and it essentially did nothing. When I say hardly touch my body, I mean it. This should not be marketed as a "massage". I mean find out for yourself what I mean. I'm really disappointed and wanted to like this place, but I feel ripped off and told the front desk the massage was not as expected and nothing was really done. Will likely not return due to that.

Wonderful atmosphere with excellent service. If you like natural and holistic medicine this place is a gem.

Well, I have to say, the therapist's are extremely friendly and I received a great massage from Shawn and also Brian. Yet, I question the inconsistencies with the staff turnover and the professionalism of the owner and how serious she takes this business with the well-being of her own staff? If it's just a hobby or she truly cares of their commitment and loyalty to the running of her her establishment?

As good or even better than the bay area!! Beautiful inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, inviting quiet rooms and extremely soft beds, attentive massage - carefully listening to any pains you might have . Highly recommend!!!

I got the $90 massage with Charlie. He worked my neck and shoulders over a lot and he loosened up my diaphragm and ribs. I felt taller and my range of motion had improved. He taught me about common shoulder hip and knee ailments and how they could be emotional tension that needs work. Apparently, my right shoulder might be saying I need to cut out a toxic person from my life, so that's cool. The front office called me twice before my appointment thinking I was late and then called me right before my appointment to ask that I disregard the voicemail. The store had A LOT to offer and the bath-bombs look like great stocking stuffers.

Worst worst customer service. Scheduled an appointment 1st they called to cancel because they sent the masseuse home something about childcare issues.This was about 2 months ago. They asked for money up front when i first. rescheduled and never was called to confirm reached out in 3 occasions they still have not returned my calls Manager not in she'll return your call...can I take a message oh and I promise I will have someone call you I do not have any info in this matter were their excuses calling the credit company and see if i can get my money back. Worst customer service for something that aims to look high end [only the prices are] My coworkers were just waiting on my feedback to schedule ...as Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman ...huge mistake!!! 😤

Amazing service! I felt so comfortable and relaxed! Oscar did an amazing job and also explained how I would feel the following day since I received a deep tissue swedish massage. Clean and super cute waiting area. Absolutely love the atmosphere!!
