One of the Attraction point of Meerut City. Ashoka pillar is a very tall pillar with National Amblem statue on top of it. One may feel goosebumps after visit this place. Good place to visit for Patriotic Peoples. Nearby area of this place need more develpment and maintenance. Parking space is also available so not to worry about it.

This imposing structure was erected in memory of martyres of 1857, it is now a landmark of Meerut. Set in a beautiful garden has a statue of Mangal Pandey & a library as well. Needs better maintanace & popularisation programme. Also referred to as Ashok ki Lat.

A monument in memory of 1857 uprising started in Meerut cantt. Good place to remember and pay homages to martyrs. Only animated pictures and a bit deserted, almost no maintenance.

This is the very old pillar approximately 2300 year ago, it is very closer to main market of medicines that is khair nagar and bus station. It is also known as ashoka ki laath. when i see this feel proud to our history.

Its sort of a war memorial which is soon going to have a Light and Sound Show being setup by Local Government Body.. This is under process.

Must visit place as it has old history... beautiful garden, museum and ancient history of India.
