Ideal spot to stay when visiting Pretoria. Very central but still in a peaceful neighbourhood. There’s also the benefit of no load shedding in the area! Clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and the loveliest hosts. Will definitely be back during my next visit!

I have traveled extensively in SA for work as well as leisure and have just spent a month at 46 on Allcock and it certainly rates up there for the comfort, hospitality, location and service. I was genuinely sad to leave Paul and the Team who made my stay there most comfortable and pleasant. He went way beyond in ensuring my every whim was catered for - and I am quite the fussy type. I highly recommend this place for either a short stay or an extended period. Thank you and God Bless

Exelent location close to all major attractions and hospitals in Pretoria . Fantastic ,New clean and comfortable facilities , Very private and peacefull venue. Fully equipped and ideal self-catering unit for longterm stays. Hosts were very friendly and helpful .

Lovely garden apartment in beautiful Pretoria suburb. Perfect location near Gautrein route. A bonus of NO loadshedding in the area, and a stunning pool just outside the apartment. Apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one might need, and more. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating with (early) check-in. They were friendly and caring, making me feel safe and at home, whilst also respecting my privacy. I will definitely visit again when in Pretoria. Highly recommended!!

I Had a wonderful experience from the time we booked, where the host shared recommendations of places to visit, to receiving me at the accommodation and ensuring that we are looked after right through our stay. This was home away from home for us for 11 days. Apartment is very well equipped and service outstanding. Location very homely and near hospital and all other amenities needed. We can highly recommend this location and thank you Paul, Marlene and Maria for being such fabulous hosts.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and safe accommodation. Paul is a friendly and caring host, who stays in contact as all the time. Paul is supported by Maria who made the stay even more enjoyable. I will be back ! - and will braai next time.

Paul is an excellent host and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We booked the outside cottage. Great kitchen amenities, exceptional mattress, good water pressure. All round great experiences. Would recommend.

Really enjoyable stay-the apartment is beautifully furnished with all the mod cons you need for a self catering stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and green yet very centrally located. Looking forward to returning soon.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here during our first visit to Pretoria after many years. We had some anxieties being from out of the country but these were quickly diffused after meeting our hosts. The rooms were clean, welcoming and impeccably decorated. Our hosts were pleasant, kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, which we welcomed. I had a great nights rest, without worry of power cuts or my safety. It's also walking distance from some good restaurants and cafes which was a wonderful surprise. Definitely, the place to stay when you are in PTA for a short or long stay.
