Overall experience was okay. However, with the hefty amount of money charged for hydra facials, I expect bit more in safety, cleanliness and consistency. I saw use of equipment between two rooms, constant opening and closing of door while the facial is getting done to get items to be used in other rooms. How do they ensure no cross- contamination? There is no such thing as certified aesthetician, a receptionist can do your expensive facial.
