Not a very good service.. Very unhappy with the kind of service they provide whether it is with the food or with the staff.The staff continuously keeps on peeping without giving us any personal whether it is while eating or while taking photos or anything else.Behaviour is also not very good of the staffs they are kind of rude. The food is also not worth the money.. Total waste of money.. Who even gives bitter and sour paneer tikka? Never ever going back there again. Just a big fancy hotel with zero good service and staffs. Also they don't have decency to apologize if they did anything wrong.. They were continuously passing through the small gap while pushing my hand while I was eating and didn't even said sorry for once. No tasty foods at all. Very late service. Totally unhappy

highflig rate is so high and this is not value for money so please dont west your money there we are not satisfied It was very worst experience to visit THE highfly Hotel Tarsali. We found Hairs in the plates given to us & in bowl of roti. Even they was not sorry for the same. it simply mean that they even don't maintain hygiene. Also food quality was not up to the mark. Butter milk was also tests & smell bad.

It is new in town, and the concept of Gujarati, Maharashtrian , Punjabi, Chinese, Italian food all under one roof is Good . In my first visit, due to makarsankranti electricity went in that area, so we have to wait for sometime for pizzas, garlic bread & other hot items , but still the staff is very cooperative ( yes ,it's in their duty, but to serve & to serve with " apnapan" I feel) Yes, octane pizza is also offering, but competitively ,you will not find other places where you will get glass of buttermilk unlimited, roti, bhature, Gujarati rotlo, paneer sabji, chhole, misalpav at & under one roof. Food Taste is good, not very spicy, good place to visit & to do some taste experiment. It is new ,so you will feel that atmosphere like other restaurants, long waiting queue missing, but it's an advantage for a month. Staff service is very good, for a family dinner, it's a good place to visit.

I've been to this place couple of times and my experience has been average. The food is good and the service could be better. This place is usually full on weekends and I would recommend to go on the weekdays for better food and service. The recommended food items are NARGIS KOFTA with Butter Naan. About the ambience, it's decent.

I first time visited Baroda, and asked someone from the Baroda for the good place to eat, and they strongly suggest this restaurant to me. Thia place is good for all budget. There is NON -AC restaurant, AC restaurant, Also the Gujarat's first aeroplane restaurant. The staff here is very kind and gentle, even the waitors are frequently visits you and ask for the food. I have never seen such a kind staff like this. The food here is also thr awesome. I was with my office staff, and we ordered Masala Papad, Butter Milk, Paneer sabji and Roti, All the things are very delicious and fresh. It is the good place to visit with the family and friends.

A good place with a good staff The food is really good here whether it is the chai and coffee at the snack counter or the roti sabzi at the restaurant section. The rooms are ok ok. The interesting part is a plane parked in the hotel complex which has a restaurant with a covercharge of Rs 500 for which you can buy food. The staff is really nice esp at the snack counter.

Very Bitter Experience.Yesterday Evening I have visited with my family. Sev Usal - Famous Dish of Vadodara is not served in proper manner. Sev-Usal was served without Onion, Sev, Lemon and tari... Great location on the Highway. Had a night stay with my Pet Golden Retriever. Being winters and not much occupancy we asked for a Non- AC room which they refused. HOT WATER in Bathroom is a big issue!! It is available only after 8 in the morning. We reached in the evening and despite several requests we could not get warm/ hot water for a bath. We had to leave in the morning and did not get water till 8 AM when we had to leave. Defeats the purpose of a Highway Hotel.

They dont have 24hr hot running water supply, You will get hot water in morning only, the hotel is on highway.. traveler stops there it's not a tourist attraction, after a long drive, at night anyone wants to get shower or get freshen up but u will nt get hot water for that u have to do it with cold.. in winter also😢

Worst food I ever imagined at food court. Had take out Pav bhaji parcel today evening 14th jan 23, and was given 2 day old smelly and rotten bhaji. Haven't thought of any such things occur from such restaurant. If anyone need more information just reply and I will get in touch for more details. I suggest not to go to its food court ever for take away or deliveries
