Worst service... Regretting to take loan from icici.. Staff don't how to talk with people... Behaving as they are like doing job for us...... Rude behavior... And management is not good at all... Worst experience ever in my life ..

Not proper response and no proper guidelines.. so over all my experience is very bad...

worst bank to take loan from. worst experience of my entire life. the loan officer Mr. Mehul Patel is not receiving the phone but before granting the loan he can come to your place even at 11 pm in night for getting your signature. customer care number is also switched off.

Savings bank account minimum balance 50,000₹, told by may I help you desk lady, and living address Bharuch Adhar address kosamba so no chance to open the account told by Shri Devaraj Mazumdar , financial inclusion ku mazak kardhiya, K V KAMATH sir please verify your banking system , please see this one sir GIRISH CHANDRA CHADHURVEDI, very first may I help desk lady told minimum balance amount 50,000₹, then we talk about how why, then another one lady come and told 25,000₹ minimum balance, then finally Devaraj Mazumdar told 10,000₹, they are bargaining the minimum balance amount, their only one aim just avoid the new accounts opening, fraud employees, Devaraj Mazumdar said go to yes bank or Kotak mahindha bank, corrupt Shri DEVARAJ MAZUMDAR, shame on u, very important note that person ( new account open) handicapped, shame shame ICICI

Beware! Aadhar card enrollment and updation facility is not functional here. This ICICI Bank branch employees are shouting towards customer needs Aadhar related services.

No one come office time nd after come go for family reason out side nd give proper answer nd speak ok ok after ignoring loan file nd after say sir not here sir tomorrow come but last 2 month complete sir not come office @icicbank must to see ur staff behaviour nd teach how to do job properly if he / she not want job restigation accept
