I frequently stay here during short trip to Jalgaon. The cleanliness and quality of rooms is much better than some of the Star hotels. Excellent housekeeping, nice interior.

Very nearby from railway station and Bus stand. Very neat and clean rooms. Good room service with hygienic food at very affordable prices. I always prefer to stay here.

Rooms Are Good, But Need To Improve in Service,

The recepnist that faty man is arrogant and full drunker on duty. Even after advance booking by Manager and confirmed over landline two time before reaching hotel, still arguing and he doesn't know hotel idea and customer services to deliver. For Towels, Stwich for AC we have to remind him several times. Such waste of money, better to avail other hotel for safe family issue.

Appreciated the entire stay in hotel. Manager at evening check in desk is very polite and good behaviour. Rooms are good & cleanliness is fantastic. Washroom is 100% clean with sensor lights. Staff need to be train more on hotel welcome gesture, room service & talking behavior as they seems rude. Rest everything is ok.

Food and tea served from outside, and ask every service immediate cash payment, keep change ready for any services required

Manager promissing hot water arrengement for early morning check out also we discussed same with concern staff .But when we asking at morning for hot water staff given reason of wires was damaged of hiter.

AC rooms are good and hygienic. Location is very near to railway station. Only thing they should change pillow cover, bedsheets and chaddars after every check out.
