There
is
no
standardization
in
terms
of
food
taste,
quality
&
presentation
at
this
cafe.
The
very
first
time
when
I
visited
this
place,
cafe
latte
was
served
with
a
great
presentation(mug
&
saucer)
&
cookie
was
also
included
in
that.
Later
on
they
changed
their
presentation,
coffee
was
served
simply
in
a
mug
with
froth
coming
out
of
the
mug(like
cheap
coffee
points),
the
coffee
was
not
even
hot.
When
I
explained
this
to
the
them,
they
simply
said,
it
could
be
possible
as
the
coffee
machine
was
changed
due
to
some
issues.
If
you
know
their
are
issues
going
on
with
the
machine,
simply
say
no
to
the
customers,
Instead
luring
customers
to
pay
for
nothing.
Also,
second
time(probably
the
last
time),
I
visited
here
with
my
wife,
we
ordered
coffee
&
two
wraps(one
veg
and
one
Non-veg).
Coffee
came
first
and
our
struggle
with
coffee
I
have
already
explained
above.
Almost
after
10
minutes(after
we
had
our
Cold
Coffee(which
was
ordered
as
Hot
Cafe
Latte),
we
got
our
veg
wrap
&
my
wife
took
first
bite
of
it.
It
was
too
much
salty.
After
5
minutes,
we
got
our
non-veg
wrap
too
&
that
was
super
salty
too.
We
told
them
that
both
the
wraps
are
super
salty
and
we
cannot
even
eat
them.
Their
reply
was
like
thele
walas
used
to
say,
'Sir
we
have
served
many
customers
today,
maybe
this
could
be
in
your
particular
order'.
My
wife
left
the
whole
wrap
as
she
couldn't
eat
it,
I
was
only
able
to
eat
half
of
my
wrap.
Finally,
We
ordered
one
bottle
of
water
&
left
the
cafe.
If
you
are
charging
higher
price
to
the
customers,
you
have
to
serve
them
with
good
food
&
stop
giving
them
lame
excuses.
Accept
your
failures
&
offer
replacement
to
your
customers,
if
not,
go
and
run
a
'Thela'.
