Yesterday I went to Ambala Pyramid (Shanghai restaurant) and I was shocked to see the best restaurant become worst. They destroyed food quality and taste. I called manager and he told me now they started to use readymade gravies. Pyramid management please revoke all changes otherwise you will lost your happy customers like me. Now you are not best. Thanks

It is one of the best place in ambala. Well I ordered food from pyramid I ordered one non - veg Thali Its worth it at 180/- And one chicken wrap and with that one small cold drink is free The taste was not good.. Not worth of 259/- I just to loved the thali and the cold drink 👍😃

Its one of the most happening bar of ambala. Food quality is good, ambiance is also good. But prices are bit high. This is a place with great interiors and aura. This is one perfect place for the party people. Had exotic veggies thin crust pizza here. The pizza had a good and generous amount of toppings and a great amount of cheese. What I didn't like was the crust. The crust could have been more thin and less hard.

Loved this place and their ambience. I went there for some freshly brewed beer and tried their Scotch Ale beer which was awesome. They have live singer, the staff is cooperative and polite. The prices are also genuine, food is great. The sky bar is also a wonderful place as the terrace ambience is really nice if weather is on your side. They have big screens for games telecast, they have snooker tables, foos ball, etc. A good hangout.

The place is very nice... The staff is very professional and humble. Skybar is awesome with live singing... Food is also nice but can upgrade a bit. So overall stay is very comfortable and cozy...

Yum food and tasty beer. Loved indian version of wheat beer. You can ask for your favourite song to be played by live band and they did an amazing job. Overall very nice experience. Best part was free valet parking in a busy street with no where to park.

Atmosphere is okay only according to Ambala. Rates are slightly on the higher side . But the main course was good . They rarely have any offer on drinks. Service is good , waiters are polite.

Went there on Saturday evening.The restaurant was dark and cramped so decided to visit rooftop Atmosphere bar.Food was stale and cold,ordered pinacolada which was warm.Ordered Shahi paneer which was sweet like ice cream.On complaining they took it back and added more cream.Didnt even care to recook.Charges are matching Chandigarh pubs but quality is not up to mark.

A great place to enjoy the fresh beer of different flavour. Have good collection wine, beer and spirit of all kinds. Live band & DJ Night are also reason to visit. Happy hour and buy two get one till 6 PM on domestic and IMFL.

Visited this place again on this Sunday 21st March, and tried new strong lager beer. Found really strong, smooth, bitter sweet. New Launched strong lager is brewed with some addition of rice, is different. I'll say, one must try to be in love with it.

Well I have been here quite a lot but their service is not going great from last few times. I also visit their restaurant and stay upstairs. Restaurant is great the service and the food quality is top notch but room services are going from bad to worse. Yesterday i stayed in the hotel and the bedsheet was dirty, TV was not working properly and a lot of channels were unpaid however when I ordered food...I called the front desk 4 times and still I received my order after 1 and a half hour. This is not what pyramid is famous for. Well after yesterdays stay i think i should look for another place. Pyramid was my favorite but now not so much.

Mr Sukhvinder (AR) and Mr Vishal (SR) have been fabulous on their jobs.They knew our requirements and fulfilled to the maximum beyond our expectations. It's a beautiful experience being to pyramid Ambala.The staffs catered my kids birthday on a excellent level.

This hotel is nearly at 7 minutes distance from the railway station. The staff is hospitable and the rooms are quite clean. They also have a bar and a sky lounge which you can checkout during your stay. They have an authentic Chinese restaurant inside the hotel, which you can try if you like Chinese food.

Pyramid is the best restaurant_bar in Ambala. The ambiance is amazing. It’s a perfect place for a party with great interiors. Food is very good in quality & taste. Roof Top Bar (Sky Bar) has an extraordinary atmosphere to spend time with friends. I love to visit this place again.

The snacks were decent but the main course food was so pathetic and bland in taste. We couldn’t even get to the sweet dish part or you can say that we couldn’t muster up courage to do so. The food was disappointing in terms of quality, quantity and taste. After so many years of continuous service, I think they have lost their touch in terms of maintaining the standards as per the food service industry. Either the chefs need to be trained properly and make sure they’d understand what exactly the customer wants.

Now the quality of food is very bad and the prices are very high as compared to last year. One year back their quality was good but now their quality and services are very bad. I ordered hot and sour soup and ask the staff to give me vinegar. But they did not gave me even after 2-3 reminders. It's just waste of money to eat food their. I think the chef is from some roadside stall food maker.

Pyramid and skybar food and services fabulous i took my staff for new year party 2021, but valet parking is not good, my vehicle got heavy damaged in valet parking, when i asked they did not take responsibility for same.

Poorest service. This order through app system is totally unmanageable by the staff. We waited for hours for the order and the staff was least bothered. They place our order to someone else. Sat without heater despite we told them we have a baby with us. Really very disappointed

I went to Pyramid last Friday for the first time and experience was delightful. Firstly, drink are not that expensive like few other pubs. Food quality can be improve a bit but friendly , quick service and ambience actually covered this little loophole.Overall it was a satisfying experience. Will visit soon once i get leisure time.
