FRAUD! They sell you parking as if they were in the center of Lisbon, take your car to the airport, and refuse to pick it up or give it back to you at a time different than that you put in the app. You do not have access to your car in the meantime. You cannot leave your luggage at your carThey do not tell you that someone will be driving your car for DOZENS OF KILOMETERS. They crashed my rented car and the insurance did not cover it because it was another driver.

We flew for 3 weeks from Lisbon Airport. Everything with Redpark was perfect. Their representative met us in the parking at the airport, easy recognized with the red shirt and logo. When we came back, we called them and they were at the airport within 10 minutes with the car. They were always responsive via email or phone. I recommend and will use their service again for sure.

Do not recommend. Cheap service, but low quality. We had to wait half an hour to deliver the car and another half an hour to get it back. While we called multiple times to get an estimate of how much time it would take for the staff to get to us, the answer was constantly "we're almost there", which barely useful.

You have to leave the car at the airport and they charge you for the "extra" service of driving from the airport to the parking 10€ per trip, so 20€. Not a cheap parking at all. Very dissapointed.

Very bad site. The English translation does not work, and they tell you nothing about how the parking works. Then they will not allow cancellations. They say they can not cancel on the phone, but there is also no cancelation available on their website. They simply do not allow cancelations.

Incredibly unsatisfying experience. I had to wait for my car for 30 minutes, no apologies from the company. Most of the employees do not speak English. They also said that I was supposed to call before arrival, despite the fact that is was not mentioned in the confirmation email. Not recommended

I had made reservations for leaving my car at terminal 1 on November 8, 2022, at 4 am. Confirmation was sent to me over three weeks ahead of this scheduled time. As instructed, I called ten minutes before arriving at the drop off but there was no response and my call was dropped a number of times. Eventually, after arriving and with countless tries someone picked up the phone and brushed off my call saying they open at 4 am without giving me assurance that someone would meet me for a pickup. With a 5:20 am flight I finally spoke with a representative of "easy park" in the parking lot who assisted me with taking my car for this long term parking. If I could, I would give redpark a zero star but that option is not available. NEVER AGAIN am I going to contact Redpark and would HIGHLY ADVISE to do the same. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
